Happy New Year G-Fam!! Wishing you all the best this 2024!
Last year was a demanding year for me personally. It left me feeling insecure, frustrated, and I just didn't feel like myself. 😩 Therefore, in the spirit of joy and re-focus, along with learning from the hard lessons, I'm giving myself the grace to begin again embodying (M/BODY pun) who I am at the heart of it all. 💕
Cheers to a fresh start and the beauty of a new year! 🎉
Love you all!

Molly’s Birthday Mini Challenge!!
Hi fam! Our dearest Molly Mandell is celebrating her birthday this week and we must must MUST throw some love and light her way. She is such a loving, dedicated, energetic, compassionate, loyal person and I am so thankful to know her.
And what better way to celebrate her than with one of her favorite classes?!
The challenge if you’d like to join, is to pick one of these classes to complete this week - Pride Sig 289, Cardio Dance 240, or Women’s History Sig 74. If that isn’t where you’re at energy wise (Molly has energy for days!) then throw in a couple in and out Molly jumps in her honor throughout your day. It will bring you joy much like she does.
Love you Moll!!
HI Fam!! I just started the 7 holy-yay guide.. feeling more than ready for 2024!!

Happy 2024 everyone! Finally got to the mat after a month due to back and knee injuries, but wanted to start 2024 off on the mat! Thanks Marnie for all the fantastic work outs❤️
I just had to share my useful if not slightly painful lessons learned from being a lapsed M/Body participant. I hope this helps the "older" members of this community. I'm 55 and realized that I needed to return to lifting much heavier weight. For many months now, I reduced my M/Body workouts from 4-6 times per week to only 1 while doing heavy lifting circuits 4-5 days per week. Every time I come back to M/Body, I get my ass kicked: my balance is way off, I'm drenched in sweat, and I fatigue much more quickly than in the past. While this is wonderful in many ways to challenge myself, it has also been very humbling. I realize the importance of BALANCE and how impactful M/Body has always been for my brain and body. My new goal is 3 M/Body workouts per week and 3 heavy strength/circuit training. 😍
