Becoming: Aristotellanism. any change involving realization of potentialities. How perfect is this class for this theme?! This class allowed for curious exploration of our potential, choosing where to focus and how to manage challenges (that barre series had me so fired up). I'm learning even after a decade, where to soften and not strain, lean in instead of back off and playfully work instead of pushing so hard.

All the hip work was excellent and felt like a new release was awakened. Super excited to curiously gallop in my own time, through another year with Marnie and the tribe πŸ’›βœ¨πŸ’«

Ooh, I love the anti aging body serum, body butter, body oil and eye cream.(already reordered 2x) I generally always try what Marnie recommends and these products are amazing, especially since I really don’t like wearing lotions but these don’t take long to dry or melt into skin. I’ve been gifted a travel sized gift bag and it was a great way to try some of their products πŸ’›

Happy Marniversary! Shine bright πŸ’›πŸ’«

Hi! Just wanted to say how grateful I am for Marnie and this community. I’ve been out for 3 weeks due to bronchitis and sinus infection so I was nervous to get back to my workouts. I started with a 45 min slow sculpt and it was everything I needed, highly recommend when you return after a long break. I’ve been doing these workouts for over a decade and my brain and muscle memory allowed me to flow and recover without too much soreness or loss of energy. Been taking all the classes I missed-knockout, glider etc and I am not surprised that I am able to keep up and build my progress back up. This is why I’m so thankful to have found Marnie,Ive been able to condition and listen to my body so that I can recover and rest, but remain strong till I can return to the mat. I’ll be 52 next week, thank you to M/BODY for helping me become a strong and sculpted lady. Love you to pieces Marnie and M/BODY πŸ’«πŸ’›

How does she do it?! Close to almost 500 classes and they are brand spanking new each time! This choreography is fun and every time she speaks a French term I become elegant and poised in my dance. The focus on weight placement of the foot is very helpful in deepening those sculpture moves. The bonus question/answer at the end was perfect, finally figured out why I had occasional pain in my quads. Thank beautiful Marnie! Xo

Hallelujah for M/BODY! After exactly 2weeks of missing class(vacation πŸ‡©πŸ‡°πŸ‡¬πŸ‡¦)this was waiting for me, I loved every flipping second! After long days of walking, climbing, and sitting this class helped my soreness and jet lag. I have to say that because I do this practice every week, I wasn’t in terrible pain as my 16 yr old runner son or my acrobatic svelte 50yr husband. Thank you M/BODY and community for always holding space for this lady, I love you 🀍

After close to a decade of M/Body (&Barre Belle!) my thoughtful husband and sweet son gifted me a barre of my very own for Mothers Day! I’m so grateful for Marnie, the M/BODY team and this inspiring community. Just finished a 45 min barre sculpt and it was glorious, felt almost like the studio days! Cheers to even more fun at the mat!πŸ’•πŸ’•πŸ’•
