I agree that talking about this and the impacts of Ozempic/other GLP-1’s is so needed. I find myself wanting to remind myself what a natural, healthy woman truly is.

Also, I tend to slow down and do fewer reps

than Marnie since my limbs are so long. That way I stay in control. As opposed to flailing or flopping…!

I hear you, Rebecca! I don’t have any suggestions on how to see other versions/options of the exercises. But I do know that I am one that is not as limber as Marnie and I’m taller, so rarely reach as far to the floor as she does. It seems to me important to keep my back in the right shape and keep alignment rather than force to a certain distance. I have been doing my best and finding benefits and joy in movement even if I do it my unique way! Hope the same for you. ☀️
