Upping Arm Weight?

Hey fam. I was looking for arm weights advice. In my 6 years with M/Body, I’ve been using 3 lbs weights and lately, I’ve been considering adding 5 lbs to the mix. The thing is I’m happy with the arm definition I’m getting already so it’s not about different results. But I wonder if it would be a good challenge (vs staying with comfort) and if so, would I just throw them in sometimes, as a change? For context, I do 60 mins 4x week.

I don't quite know what makes this class feels so balanced but it has all the things, in such a great sequencing, with a soundtrack that keeps energy high. LOVE!

It's not hard to love XXX classes - the moves always bring out the baddie in me - but I also love the unedited playlists - because life is unedited too!

This workout was so smoooooth. Every move flowed right into the next one and when you're finished you feel complete and energized. That's possibility!

How can a workout both be grounded but get you flying? Only at M/Body!

I noticed that Favorites aren't showing up and that's a big one. Having a curated a list over years that makes choosing the day's workout a breeze, I hope this comes back soon!
