This anniversary class captures the joy and spirit of MBody. Plus puppies forever!

If anyone wants to know what makes Marnie & M/Body so magical, this class embodies that. We show up to the mat when it's hard, when it's messy, when it's wonderful and when it's rough because Marnie creates a space for all - people, bodies, feelings - to be safe and accepted. And in this class, she models that because here we don't work towards perfection, only progress. How lucky are we?

Seeing Marnie & Lauren together gives me a sense of what the classes in LA were like and it's a great experience to have 4 years into M/Body. It's also lovely to be reminded that it's OK to ask for help, to be vulnerable and that together we (and our abs) are stronger.💕

We all carry multitudes inside ourselves and this therapeutic meditation reminds us that we own our power to make choices. A beautiful lesson for whatever season we find ourselves in.
