Telling the young'uns that these two are actually Thelma and Louise. Couldn't hit the favorite fast enough.

Seeing Marnie & Lauren together gives me a sense of what the classes in LA were like and it's a great experience to have 4 years into M/Body. It's also lovely to be reminded that it's OK to ask for help, to be vulnerable and that together we (and our abs) are stronger.💕

We all carry multitudes inside ourselves and this therapeutic meditation reminds us that we own our power to make choices. A beautiful lesson for whatever season we find ourselves in.

Great balls of fire! I was initially intimidated to try the floor work twist resting on the ball but I remembered that we can do hard things. You can see how the workouts build on themselves because the last few months have strengthened the shoulders and I flowed through it.

Seasons of transition can feel weird - like we're in between what we were and what we're becoming. This workout challenges us to face the new fearlessly.
