This collection, this rise and align challenge for the beginning of 2026, so far, is exactly what I need each day. Thank you. xo

Chair Dance Classes are always awesome. And when Marnie speaks to you directly in the live just when you were just about to give up a little bit and you go ahead and try it and you DO it and it's not as hard as you thought it was going to be because she knows us better then we know ourselves? Priceless. xo

Extra sweaty today! Don't laugh G/Fam: I was breaking in some new walking boots for my sandy terrain and decided to keep them on for class ๐Ÿ˜† I was way more jumpy for me. Such a great soundtrack. The 2026 Rise & Align challenge is just hitting in all the right places this year. Thanks M & G/Fam!

Not leaving the key to your happiness in someone else's pocket. Like, wow. That really resonated tonight. Excellent class with some old school studio moves I have not done all together like that in a minute. Thank you xoย

Perfect stretch after a long walk this morning. Should maybe do this first next time? It's so accessible at any level and tables work well as a barre!!ย

Monique - same personal reminder! I had my 5s and had to put them down for my right side. So many good new moves in this one.xo

I was thinking 'there is a flow to these first 2026 classes' and then Marnie said it today! Also M's outfits! Love. You know I'm not an up and down girl, but I'm starting to 'become' one (wordplay)! Just have to do it at your own pace and it's not too bad. Will work on doing that with weights - one thing at a time. xo
