Love this and am very happy that this 2026 challenge is helping me address getting up and down quite a lot. A lot of it is really just in my head and a little of it is actually my big toe. Growth in millimeters not miles! xo

Favoriting because, Bunny, it was challenging with twos, and to work on the up & down off one knee with weights in one hand. This is a new goal now that I've sort of got the up and down off one knee thing working (ish) ๐ย ๐ฆตโค๏ธ xo
