Love this and am very happy that this 2026 challenge is helping me address getting up and down quite a lot. A lot of it is really just in my head and a little of it is actually my big toe. Growth in millimeters not miles! xo

Jumping ahead in the challenge - needed this stretch today. I love this flow. Thank you! xo

Yay! That felt great. Hoping all the work we've been doing lately will mitigate some 🍑, ahem, feelings tomorrow?  xo

Happy Birthdays Molly P, Steph & Rye! Agree with Lisa J - felt super connected to all the moves and my calves let me play! Thank you for our new theme of Softness. xo

🙌 ❤️ 👏 (modified some of the criss/cross plie jumps by dancing around in place lol - if anyone needs that tidbit 😅 ) xo

This collection, this rise and align challenge for the beginning of 2026, so far, is exactly what I need each day. Thank you. xo

Chair Dance Classes are always awesome. And when Marnie speaks to you directly in the live just when you were just about to give up a little bit and you go ahead and try it and you DO it and it's not as hard as you thought it was going to be because she knows us better then we know ourselves? Priceless. xo

Extra sweaty today! Don't laugh G/Fam: I was breaking in some new walking boots for my sandy terrain and decided to keep them on for class 😆 I was way more jumpy for me. Such a great soundtrack. The 2026 Rise & Align challenge is just hitting in all the right places this year. Thanks M & G/Fam!

Not leaving the key to your happiness in someone else's pocket. Like, wow. That really resonated tonight. Excellent class with some old school studio moves I have not done all together like that in a minute. Thank you xo
