Awesome. Totally awesome. SO SO SO OG Studio... surprise double rolling pushups/mountain climbers? YES! Multiple last 3 sets of 8 while Marn is adjusting someone along the barre or on the mat? Naturally!.. LP's supercalifragilisticexpialidociousness 🦵🙌 ! Classic Signature 60. It is such a gift to be able to watch, and do, a class alongside Marnie and LP and this platform lets us do that.  More of this kind of set up if possible? The G/Fam who were never able to take a studio class were so excited in the comments! Thank you M & LP. xo

Jenny Groener Just what I needed tonight!

Got to FINALLY do this at home with my favorite chair. I feel open and amazing and relaxed. The part at the end with your feet on the chair, legs in the air, what?!?!  I've been doing my m/body work in the afternoons lately so I'm able to look at the setting sunlight when I'm done (for another month lol) and it's really most excellent. More Chair dances please. And Miss Luna is 4 months old now I think! Amazing. I really need to get caught up with lives live again. xo
