I realllly like this one. No impact or even bounce at all with a flowy unique start. The use of heavier weights in 1-2 combos were so engaging for the brain and body, especially low to high and floor to stand series. Loved it.

I heard of someone having their child choose a number between 1-500 (we have more than that now!), and then doing the corresponding class number. Decision made for you!

Oh my gosh, wow. That playlist!! That arm dance! The dynamic barre and floor glute series! Those truly challenging mini ball ab moves (such a new way to experience core and hip engagement). Ending with the most fun figure 4 bridges (how about another exclamation point !) and blue light magic. Such a great class.

What a special class! I completely geeked out on the science of using less dominant muscles and loved channeling grace and ballet. Such a lovely supportive experience.

Loved it! This one is really unique. It’s the kind of workout that is so sneakily engaging as muscles are utilized through functional movement combined with heavy weights. I especially loved the up down series and the incorporation of glute leg lifts and side planks in this one. Marnie’s creativity is absolutely limitless. Thank you!

I have more turnout in one hip than the other impacting my foot placement. I am super conscious about this as well Kasey! And some days are definitely more felt internally with those huh this feels off thoughts, and outwardly when I look down or see in a mirror.

This is a powerful class. There is bounce and fun and sing along joy yes, but oh my, my legs were brought to their max with that new lunge series. Such power and connection to the softness Marnie cues is needed in order to harness your mental and physical strength. It is humbling (and very empowering) to be brought to a peak simply by pushing to your own max with just your body guided by masterful choreography. Bravo as always. The plank and ab series were amazing following the leg fire. And the meditation..so beautiful.
