I felt the extended releve work as well; especially on the first leg. I got curious about it as I donโt usually have a painful feeling on the ball of my feet. I must have been bearing my weight down too hard on one spot and played around with feeling my big toe, engaging support muscles, and lifting my foot off the ground for a beat or two on the second side. It helped!
