Oh my fantastic Mother F*cking greatness. This class is so fun, and the playlist?! This fam came through with the requests and Marnie straight up served with the new moves and sequencing variations. LOVED.

Of course I loved this one! Grounded sweat vibes, new flowy combos, and true fire sculpt moments 🫶Perfect for days when mental energy is low (those do I want to, can my body do this, I’m feeling depleted on jumping/endurace days)

Hmm, I will let Marnie/a professional answer this for real!..but can’t not try to help.

I am remembering cues from class to focus on how much or if you are leaning forward either by leaning on the barre or hunching or leaning forward. I would try putting your focus on placement of your pelvis in the neutral spine position without that over or under tuck that Marnie talks about, and leaning back more to take weight away from being over the knee. Really harnessing that upper body posture.

It makes sense to me too to try putting more weight in the heel and trying flat feet or releve. Our bodies are all unique!

This is a wide second quad burner of a class! It really supports tuning into your thoughts (because you can and will do it and be okay), and also tunes you into focusing on your specific form and use of props, placement of toes, heel, tuck all of it! to see what increases fire, activates supporting muscles, and alleviates anything that feels overburdened moment to moment, if that is your experience. I appreciated the prop use for upper and lower body and varying choreo to support this mental engagement.
