Hi Molly! First, CONGRATULATIONS!! 👰‍♀️🎊 and second, I’m so glad you shared this! This is something I didn’t realize I was doing as well. I keep picking the classes from summer time lately and it has been spot on for the vibe I didn’t know I was seeking, and the words/meditaion align because of that. Thank you for putting it into words.

I am a weekday class 45 girl to the core, but I am also missing those weekend 60s and would second the vote for more of them.

I can relate to this very much. Seeking and allowing those shorter classes is growth for me too. And it is truly strengthening mentally and physically as those shorter class seriously pack a punch, harder often than longer classes. You motivated me to make a playlist of my favorite shorter classes. Sometimes I combine them, sometimes I don’t, but they are always so effective. Sending love Nicole! 💗

You will regain flexibility and mobility. Keep listening to your body.

I had mentioned to you that months ago I had a similar injury and experience on my left side. It took until today after class to regain depth of splits on that side; my body was ready to allow my back hamstring to touch the floor even deeper than before. Keep listening Lyss 🤍😘
