Megan this is wonderful news! I did a lot of yoga and Pilates mat work in my second and third trimesters.(Nothing in the first!) Lower weights, movement ball for your back and low impact. Walking is the absolute best so you could alternate mat days with walking and make sure you have at least one rest day. Girl you look so beautiful! 😍 (Brittney Claridades might have more tips!)

This was a unique opportunity to slow down the movement to focus on form, but don’t be fooled! It wasn’t slow and I am sweating 😅I found myself having main character attitude with each dancer’s pose and the ending meditation is something I’m going to write out and post on my mirror.💗
