I am devestated to see the suffering your community has gone through. My prayers are with you! One of my closest friends is from Asheville so we’ve been praying and supporting from Virginia. So glad you are safe Debora!

Only got 20 minutes to spare? Do not miss this workout! So sweaty and energizing. I can’t wait to do this one again! I echo the seed analogy at the end being incredible truth to meditate on. The mountains and valleys both shape us.

This is playful!
My adopted bonded pair Nala and Simba saw me doing the most recent 30 min dance workout and thought it was play time. Nala brought her yellow spring to play fetch (they both fetch!) weaving between my legs... Not sure everyone realizes the sheer terror of being upside down, pony tail dangling and your kittens in pounce mode 😅(she did the full 30 min! Simba bailed. 🙄).

The choreography brought me back to my hip hop dance days in high school! SO FUN!! I feel lighter and stronger afterwards and it flew by so I was sad when our 30 minutes were up!

I’ll be at my daughter’s 2nd grade orientation. Sad to miss out but I’ll be there in spirit and can’t wait to do this one later!!

If you ever find yourself in an anxious funk, THIS class is a strong and beautiful release! I used 5lbs after taking a week off of working out and it was challenging but achievable. I loved the hip opening movements and the music at the cool down was especially restorative. 💜

I too have learned to guard heart from my negative self talk or thoughts. I’ve learned that just showing up on the mat means A LOT actually, and my friends even point out how much I talk about “we don’t have to, we get to!” 😆
