He’s precious, Cathy! My best girl Koda is turning 15 tomorrow! She’s a husky/shepherd mix, so I’m really lucky to have had this long with her, but I know we’re on borrowed time, so I truly understand how you’re feeling. Saying goodbye is incredibly painful, but I wouldn’t trade a moment I’ve had with her for fewer tears. Holding you and sweet Rocket in my heart and enjoying each day we get with our precious fur babies!💙

Oh Faith! That’s a lot! I’m so sorry about the loss of your friend. She sounds incredible. If there’s one thing my 40 years on this Earth have taught me, it’s that life throws all manner of shit our way and with so much of it there’s no way out but through. Healing isn’t linear. There are going to be good and bad days, but every one of them is progress. Give yourself grace. Focus on the things that make you feel grateful, it has a measurable impact on mental health. Bring it back to your breath as often as you need. And when you’re on the mat literally working out the thoughts and feelings, know that you’re anything but alone. I’m so happy you took the plunge, Emilee! I purchased a year for myself after doing the Popsugar video for months…and I was terrified! It was a big purchase and a bigger commitment to myself than I had made in a very long time.
