I’m so happy you took the plunge, Emilee! I purchased a year for myself after doing the Popsugar video for months…and I was terrified! It was a big purchase and a bigger commitment to myself than I had made in a very long time. But this practice and this community have made me a better version of myself in so many aspects of my life that annual renewal is a no brainer four years later.
