Molly’s Birthday Mini Challenge!!
Hi fam! Our dearest Molly Mandell is celebrating her birthday this week and we must must MUST throw some love and light her way. She is such a loving, dedicated, energetic, compassionate, loyal person and I am so thankful to know her.
And what better way to celebrate her than with one of her favorite classes?!
The challenge if you’d like to join, is to pick one of these classes to complete this week - Pride Sig 289, Cardio Dance 240, or Women’s History Sig 74. If that isn’t where you’re at energy wise (Molly has energy for days!) then throw in a couple in and out Molly jumps in her honor throughout your day. It will bring you joy much like she does.

Holiday Feels classes! I had to do it as your community theme girl. Hi, it’s me again.
Anyone up for a mini self challenge and knock them all out before Christmas? Or maybe visit one on a decision fatigue day if that’s where you’re at.
I’m not quite in the spirit yet myself, but pulled the classes on a playlist to hopefully get my future self more in the mood with these energy classes. 152 is a fave with a fabulous joy filled TSwift cardio dance series along with Mariah Carey because, have to.

  1. This challenge I will continue to allow myself to be seen; physically through pictures, verbally through live chats, this board, and IG, and most importantly and most vulnerably through allowing myself to connect with you all.
  2. I will continue to work on calming my body with physical reminders and releases. I can control my shoulders by letting them drop, my hands by letting them unclench and release, and my breath by focusing on sets of 4. I will ride the waves of anxiety and continue to recalibrate my nervous system.
  3. I will look to no longer save the good or special things for an unidentified time in the future or for someone else. I will light the candles for myself, put on the cost too much pink workout shorts to be alone in my house and plug in the twinkle lights to stretch, eat the raspberries and buy the dark chocolate and eat them off a dish. Seems small but it’s small I seek.
