The class is 60 signature/434 ✨

This felt like such a kind class. I need more kindness towards self. Marnie leads movement and cues with such supportive intention in this one. No equipment 60s are a challenge in that they are less predictable, unique in sequencing, and they require a presence of mind. The way you will be challenged isn’t as familiar. Presence is needed to dig deeper through finding challenges without weighted props, staying in the moment with mental endurance of simple holds, and using your body to move without the distraction of tools in your hands or on or between or under your legs. Letting it move. Choosing to go deeper or shallower or faster or slower to find a feeling that you need. A feeling that only you know and only you can find simply by listening and moving.

This is a powerful class. It felt so much like a beautiful blend of the past 3 classes. Cardio dance made me think of summer joy à la Expansion July 4th Sig, weights felt so postural like the 20 posture sculpt, and the floor moves gave such honey vibes (if you were loaded with weights while swimming in honey lol) like the grounded sculpt 567. Previewing class I thought the heavier weights would be felt primarily in the arms, wow was I wrong. This class was legsss. Especially the wide second series and those static lunge postures. Fire.

I found this one really calming. The incorporation of heavier weights made it feel like a specific training session. It’s so intentional that you focus on the postural muscles and don’t think of much else. If you opt to stay on releve for the majority of class you may feel those legs shake in a surprising way like I did!

Loved the second half of class with the punch kick combos! Especially the drop to the floor rolling sote style move. The ending series with weighted extensions had me doubting my arm strength, until we went into speed mode and then I surprised myself with a surge of power. It truly was easier faster with momentum on my side, adrenaline, and a healthy dose of Marnie encouragement to facilitate it all. Never have jack flushes felt so good as after that.

I love love a grounded class. This one brings the sculpt for real with the heavier ankle weights and hand weights. Class is chock full of new flow like moves in longer series that are from familiar patterns of moving, just organized in a novel way (love). It was brain engaging and grounding as we strengthen. The ending ab work was reallll and I needed that reminder that we are intentionally working to support our hips. I will be coming back to this one for sure!

This is such a fun summer class! I find myself returning to it every July, not planned but some sort of pull to do it when it’s hot and light and joyful. A little note for those taking it: audio cuts out at barre series min 28:05 and comes back at 29:40. The bent leg series that starts it is 4 slow tucks and 4 slow lifts, 2 sets. Then a long series of front and side kicks, then 16 straight leg lifts then she’s back :) I love the push-up plank series and the abs are a killer connection with the ball.

Oh my gosh, what FUN!! This is the perfect summer holiday workout. Bouncy dancing joy and the best playlist. Such dynamic barre work with a focus on rhythmic flow and heart rate. Those hover thighs always do me in and it was a challenge I found I could welcome after the pace of the first part of class. 45 Sig and target classes are my fave. I loved it and will definitely be doing it again very soon!

Wow, power sculpt vibes with a focus on connection through balance; I really liked this. The mini ball move was so wiggly, lots of touchdowns for me especially on my non dominant standing leg. Which tells me there is definitely room for growth. I always love a stand to floor series and this one had several. Thank you for always being so innovative and intentional with choreography!
