Kendall thank you sweet friend. Happy birthday!! Yesterday during the live I realized one of the last xxx was on my birthday in September. So now we are workout twins and either birthday twins or xxx twins, take your pick 😆

Wow, standing leg fire! Those single leg series require such concentration to channel thinking towards strength and growth. The sensations remind me of glider and movement ball sculpt classes. The title is booty and back but you will engage all those support muscles with classic mbody postures. For me it was especially felt in my quads and triceps.

I love this AmandaP and love that you shared it. I read this early in the morning before taking a class and I like to think that because of that, something struck me quite suddenly when I heard the lyrics of a song played. Sort of like a serendipitous epiphany or something. It was a Shania Twain song and the lyrics were “there’s no way I’m letting you go now” and I thought for the first time that it meant self; not another, not a partner, but self. There’s no way I am letting me go now. In order to even think that I had to have been feeling the inkling of a level of value and love towards myself that I would feel towards another. No small feat.

To sharing, to growth, and to being vulnerable in this safe little space with this wonder (auto correct made that wonder instead of wonderful and I like that) this wonder of a community. Thankful for you🤍

I’m so sorry you’re dealing with an injury. It sounds like you are really in tune with your body and understanding how your foot impacts the whole chain. I hope you are able to see a provider to diagnose and treat, and if not your awareness will surely help.

I echo Emily and Amanda, and maybe search floor flows (lots of good 30 min classes without impact or standing in that category and maybe will require less modifications as you listen to your body and hear what it needs).

Marnie worked toward healing a foot injury 10/2024 and the classes in that time frame with just her and no guest (LP co classes are more bouncy) are no impact-very low impact #416-433 or so. Maybe worth exploring those ones?

This is one of those classes where you are moving in new patterns and sequences. The challenges surprise you as a result. The stretches are flowy and intentional with a faster pace and the sweat from the bouncing series is real. My body needs to move in new ways and I am thankful for classes that give me the opportunity to do this.

A new favorite that I have done repeatedly since it dropped. I love the challenges laced throughout and all of the choreo (especially the new floor moves with the ball 🫶). I found the mini behind the upper back absolutely necessary to support engagement during that final ab series; such a great final push to end class.
