What a brain engaging, bouncy, fun class! I loved the 4 leg position combos during opening lunges, so refreshing. The dynamic positions in wide second arabesque and wide second to parallel series were great. I always love bouncy 4 count cardio bursts and ending with the touchdowns was a powerful push. This had throwback <20 sweat class vibes in the best ways!

Loved the several varieties of stand to floor combos! Plies, 2 limb extensions, lunge to kicks to planks yesss. I’ve done this one twice and played with different weights and arm motions, loved tuning into that. This class is glute and leg focused, but invites full body connection as only mbody can.
