Anything that is low impact. Even a fundamentals. Some of the oldest classes like a 10 min low body has helped me. And recently she did a pelvic floor Halloween one. It doesnโ€™t have to be big movements or for a long time. Ease back into it. And listen to your body ๐Ÿค
