Hello everyone! I am just getting back into m/body classes after a long period of illnesses and am excited to get involved again, both with the fab workouts and the lovely community. I'd love to make new connections, it is so lovely to be able to see people all over the world in the globalfam. I was also wondering, is anyone else based in the UK, particularly in Yorkshire? Xx

Dear Globalfam , I've been off the app and the community for awhile. I was busy with this cute pie. She arrived Sunday 17 November and we are all good.
I can't wait to go back to the mat, but for now, for me , it's breastfeeding, some walks, some naps and lots of diapers.
Ill be back at the lives in February if everything goes well! Until there I wish you all a great holidays seasons, great lives and Marnie, good and quick recovery of your foot.

Hey fam! Wanted to source your collective wisdom re: barres. I have had one from Amazon for a year or two but it is starting to get pretty wobbly. Anyone have one that you looove?
Bonus if it is from Amazon (or ships easily to Canada), and is relatively easy to move around. Hoping for something that will last a while…
