43 out of 60. This one was great. I am still struggling with my big toe on my left but I was able to make the modifications and get in 43. Realizing my sweet spot during the week is 30 min workouts and longer 45/60 min workouts on the weekend. My goal was 30 so I am excited I was able to beat it.

I found this board was much harder. During the week I just don’t have the time for the 45 min and 60 min classes.

Yep that counts.

Steph how is it going? I had to pull back. Only 3 classes a week for me this challenge. Still nursing a foot injury

So you all I feel so bad for the folks in MN and also for their pets. I was wondering if Marnie would be interested in doing a fund raiser to help raise money for some people on the ground there.

So I just went through my medicine cabinet and get rid of all medication that was out of date and also got rid of so much stuff. It was such a great feeling.

So you’ll just am still healing from spraining my big toe. I will be joining the challenge but only committing to the 30 days since I know in order to heal I need to take more rest days than I have had in the past. But thankful to be able to hit the mat and join you all.
