Today was a challenge! I got to the end of my day and realized I forgot to do my chair workout. I’d never done one before and I thought it was a workout where you rest and sit in a chair!!! I should have known better! Finished up my workout at around 8 pm which is my usual bedtime. I get to do this and love it! How’s everyone else doing? 🤩

Likely come up that will prevent a workout or two. Last time, I committed to a thirty day challenge and I doubled up before or after if I missed a day.

Last challenge I committed to five days per week and did all 30. It was great and I saw and felt visible change. Considering committing to 60 days this time…. Stay tuned!

I’d like to hear more about the relationship between cortisol and insulin resistance and how M/body designs its workouts specifically to keep cortisol levels in check.
