I am so grateful for this platform. It helps me to keep on going with my workouts. The scale is not my friend but through this practice I know that doesn't matter. I can see muscular changes because of what Marnie teaches. I have learned so much and continue to in ways I never had. I have been an athlete for years and never knew someone this information. I have been battling hip injuries and issues for 2 and a half years but staying consistent with M/body has helped me gain strength and mobility I lost. I can do things now that I was unable to do for a long time. It gives me growing hope. Thank you to this wonderful group and platform. Thank you Marnie for keeping this going and growing. So much love ❤️ Leslie
Even with a 2 week vacation, during which I did some choice M/Body workouts, I reached my goal of 45 workouts today by doing the 8/2 Full Body Sweat workout. A new fave! Feeling so strong and excited to get to the end of the challenge! Let's go, challengers!!!
Also, I realized I am coming up on a year of M/Body being the only exercise I do (aside from the occasional stretch). I feel stronger and healthier than ever.
Some tummy time for baby Goldie and some Marnie time for mama! We’ve had the in-laws visiting all week from NY so I’m just getting back into the swing again!
Really happy to be in this live today - the last one near the end of this stupendous challenge!!! I've literally been doing this whole challenge away from home which is a long story and it's been the most important part of being away from my hubs (Kevin) and my home. I feel the love and strength from this community. I just wanted to say this now because y'all know I'm terrible at typing during class. xo jenny g
What a work out!! Great way to gear up for our wedding anniversary. 17 years!!!!
Hi fam! Does anybody have diastasis recti? My last son is 7 months old now and I discovered I have a 3.5cm diastasis. Any suggestion for modifications in abs series? Are plank series controindicated? In your experience the diastasis can be solved without surgery? Thanks a lot.
I can’t believe how fast this challenge has gone by! This has been one of my busiest summers ever with lots of travel and hosting guests in my home so it’s been hard to make time for the challenge lately. But! I’m still going. And I’m grateful for a community that is encouraging and supportive without judgement!
I have a thousand songs stuck in my head that I want to dance to. Anyone else listening to Flyana Boss on repeat lol? Anyway where do y’all usually drop song requests?? 🥰
Hi All,
I've been doing the M/Body workouts for a while now but I've never posted here, so hi! I'm Marta, originally from Italy, currently living in Zürich, Switzerland.
I joined the Summer of Strong challenge and yesterday I've completed it :) completing the final workout was a beautiful moment that filled me with joy and pride, I even teared up during the reverence.
I had a rather tough year: from burnout to sexual harassment and battling systemic sexism, I felt absolutely powerless. The Summer of Strong challenge reminded me daily that I am strong, I am powerful, I am resilient, I am rooted in myself and no one can ever take this away from me. Thank you Marnie for your incredible positivity and for creating a revitalising challenge, I will be forever grateful 🙏
