This class reminds me that I am worth fighting for... I do not have to feel ashamed for believing in myself, and that grit & perseverance is something no can give me and not one can take away... I have the ability to build a strong mind and body. The challenges in this class is an opportunity to grow, to break through fear, and to see what I am made of. Never give up on yourselves.

A piece of my heart to you...

In the midst of pain, heartbreak, and suffering there is an aching for love... the love that desires the good for others & for ourselves. Never underestimate a kind gesture, a smile, or a words of support and encouragement because it can make an impression that's unforgettable.
It's incredible how much fitness has taught me. Perseverance, patience, strength, grit, and how to push past fear with grace. What we do on the mat pills over into daily life. And for me, It's given me the playground to find & explore the joy in suffering. That joy is realizing I am not alone & the grief from love with no where to go, has found a place to breakthrough, and that is through movement. We can do hard things even when its scary. Remain hopeful, courage can be found in essence of hope.

Continue to support, love, cherish one another. ❤️ My heart goes out to you all.

Happy New Year! The truth that we can begin again is inspiring. It's a reminder to have hope and to never give up on yourself because we can accomplish great things with love and perseverance. My dream for 2025 lives in the interior space- To have confidence in myself, to embrace trusting who I am as a dancer, and to let my light shine.
