One more note for clarity-

I'm not anti-technology. It has its place and it has its purpose. I prefer to use it for good. It's a tool and when used properly and safely and it can enhance life. Social media replaced what we had before, the news papers, magazines, even shopping malls to which it can be tricky to live without social media. I get it. But it's in how we use it that counts. Unfortunately, some decide to use it for bad and to hurt others which is evil. And that's difficult to witness. Seek truth, beauty, and goodness. That's what is in my heart. Knowing the truth so one can distinguish lies and deception, and not be ruled by fear. Beauty, because that nourishes the soul and you know it when you see it and hear it. And goodness.. our humanity. We must not lose our humanity in this midst of what we see on our phones and tvs. We're all people...human beings that belong to someone, love someone, and are loved by someone. We're not faceless individuals, we're mothers and fathers, aunts and uncles, sons and daughters, and brothers and sisters. Mother Tersea once said something like, 'If you want world peace, go home and love your family'. True love always gets us back home. ❤️

Leah! This is awesome! love Rob Thomas too and MB20. I grew up without a TV in my bedroom and I would listen to the radio in the evening, I'll always remember when I heard my first MB20 song from the Delilah show. I would love.more Rob Thomas in class.

I never really took to social media, I don't understand it on soulful level. It's not real...as in its not real human connection as in a look or glance into someone's eyes...hearing the crack in someone's voice when they open their heart... even seeing a true smile in someone's laughter.

I have this App and Instagram to which I never post and hardly go on. Too much electronics makes me feel lost inside. Honestly, its just too much. Too many apps, too many podcast, too many tv shows, even too much smart appliances. I try to look at my grandmother who was a mother to me, she was from Poland and lived a simple life until 93yrs and was healthy. She listened to the radio, prayed the rosary, knitted + ceramics, and listened to the radio occasionally. She was with family most days and enjoyed her solitude.

I just don't believe the hype with social media. It has caused me more pain than good. I just live. I find joy in the mundane tasks of life. I walk daily. I like quiet. I like real connection. As for the news, my husband filters that for me. He's the rock.

I've just put my foot down. I'm tired of being influenced or told I'm living my life wrong and here's what I can buy to fix it. Lol what's helped me succeed is making the choice to say no everyday and to be good and to do good.

Stay Bouncy!!! My fav move is the "Foward [kick], side, step". Honoring that it has been a challenging year for myself, with transformation and change, this workout today made me feel like it was the first time I did an M/BODY class. And for me, that is a gift, and it feels like home. Through all the changes in my life, M/BODY has been a constant. Thank you. <3

2 years later and I was able to connect to the choreography and understand my body and how to move it. Thank you.

I'm sorry for your loss. There's not much we can say when it comes to loss, so I will hold you in the silence of my heart. May your mother rest in peace.
