Hey all! Recovering from our first bout of winter gastro + feeling very fatigued...what workouts do you love that ease you back in after being sick / or even just generally fatigued and not quite up to it?ย

I'm fighting a bug/some crazy fatigue this week and appreciated this class for its straightforwardness and ease. It's not a hardcore one, but great for days when you know you need to be on the mat, but don't have the energy for anything wild. This would also be great for any of the pregnant mamas out there <3ย

wow...I randomly chose this two days after the 2024 election. Sometimes I feel like something oddly cosmic happens when I choose a workout on this platform - like the right one just perfectly lands. I am so deeply grateful for the messages you shared throughout.ย

Congrats to everyone who finished the challenge!! I did 5x weekly, always fitting in at least one longer class and am feeling so good about it. Going to try to maintain this as long as I can through winter!

oh wow I really loved this. did it on a morning where I was feeling super fatigued and unsure about working out at all. It's a slow burn/build that eases you in and then gets you into a deep sculpt workout with simple, straightforward moves. So awesome, thank youย
