Someone please remind me of the class where we danced to Huntrix’s “Golden” near the end? I searched Pop Diva but that doesn’t seem to be the one…🤔

My favorite move was the one on the thumbnail and the one near the end, rolling the ball on the feet with arms propped up. I do wonder though about whether I should be feeling strain in my neck in sit-up positions…Is it part of strengthening the neck?

Yes, YES! This is why I love 45-mins classes. It is hard and works the body all over. I want to come back to this on my higher energy time of day/day of the week ☄️

The x3 repetition on each side in one go really helped me get deeper and relaxed (less brain work, basically). Morning hip tightness now gone 🌬and feeling warm and even a little sweaty! I experienced a new stretch move in the end of laying arms on the ground while crossing the legs on top of each other. Saved to favorites!

The longer I’ve been around this platform and listen to Marnie, the more I realize how well-informed, well-spoken, and is a master of fitness and wellness… 🧜🏻‍♀️ I thank you from the bottom of my heart for your generosity in sharing your wisdom and expertise with us 🤍 This is the first time I asked a question for the Q&A and you enlightened me with an answer that I didn’t consider or was made aware by professionals. Can’t wait to listen to this whole video when I get the chance!

Definitively standing taller and feeling stronger in my shoulders and back after this one. It didn’t feel “hard” during the class, but it proves that it doesn’t always have to feel tiring and being sweaty to be effective!

My husband joined me first thing in the morning ⛅️ Both the upper and lower body was worked equally, I would say! Note to self: use about the same weights for arms as ankle weights; it is enough. And now with our workout complete, we’re ready to go on our vacation! 🏖️
