I’m THRILLED to join a challenge for the first time even though I’ve been here for 3+ years. The reason being, I thought I had to workout at least 5 days a week. The email that was sent out with the details of the challenge made me realize I can commit even though it might look like 3 times a week for me, and this new feature makes it even more accessible! I have the challenge board printed out and giddily putting stickers on them whenever I complete a day 😁My focus during this 30-day commitment is (who knows, even 60?) “Striving for excellence but NOT perfectionism.”
