AHH 😍 I finally got my 2 pounds ankle/wrist weights and it elevated things to a WHOLE. NEW. LEVEL. Sneakily sweaty, fun playlist with a mix of new and old songs, low impact. I’m celebrating myself for making it through even after slipping on my daughter’s toy and hurting my big toe and knees 😂

A good one for the days you aren’t so motivated or don’t want to push yourself too far but enough to get blood flow. I enjoyed the unique push up move with the weights as shown in the thumbnail ✨ It was refreshing to stretch at the end with weights too.

Marnie’s outfit is matching with the background! 😉 A little different than the usual 45-mins class without equipment or sit ups, but ab work is embedded in the planks with the floor work near the end. Plus, a beautiful spinal stretch at the end.

Thank you for the shout out during the latest live, Marnie 😭💕 It means so much to me as I can’t connect with you and the global fam on the lives as it is 1 or 2 AM here but I’m always there in my heart as you said. I celebrated my 2nd M/BODY anniversary this May, but it feels more like the 5th!!! There’s nowhere else I’d rather be from here and forever on… Seriously! No other instructor has the best energy, passion, knowledge, and compassion like Marnie. M/BODY enables me to be the ballerina I never knew I could be 🩰, ignites the happy childlikeness within me, and keeps me active and healthy! Here’s a video I’ve been a little hesistant to share, but how cute are these littles ones that loveee joining me on the mat?!

Lindsey J Aww thank you for remembering my slim frame. Appreciate the suggestion! I still haven’t bought it yet because I don’t love the design of most of them… The type Marnie uses (I can’t remember the name now) would probably be too lose for us then?

The title of the class might be a little intimidating, but it’s doable and will leave you feeling so serene by the end… 🦋 Oh, and your shoulder will probably hurt and thank you the next day 😉

I missed you, arms + abs! 🥹 That was no joke and absolutely delightful. So much sweat. Great for lower back pain from too much sitting.
