Goodbye puppies, I hope they find a great home! 🏠 It was fun working out with them.

Oooo weee!!! One of my favorite classes as of late, probably of this year so far 😍I’ve been a chair dance fan. How fun (and hard!) was that to bounce on the chair to squat with the spicy playlist! Please keep them coming!

Started off thinking it’s too easy, but soon after I was burning so much 🥵! Again, it released and detoxed so much from my lower body (ahh…). Thank you for your reminder about making time to heal on the mat. It truly makes a difference 🌿 I’m sorry to hear about the loss of your doggie, Marnie.

The stretch at the end was glorious, releasing heaviness from my sides, back, and bum! I don’t always stay until the end of class chats because I have to run, but I’m glad I stayed 🐶 I love the way you take care of these precious dogs.

I agree 👍🏻 I do not like too much jumpy-cardio-dance types.

That’s so cute your daughter feeding the baby toy while watching dad feed baby brother 💕

This was a satisfying ease-you-into-working out again after more than a week of not being able to get on the mat 🤧 I’m not sure if it’s because of the lingering brain fog, but my brain was worked from the beginning to the end! I’m glad I brought out my heavier weights to alternate with because it went by so quickly. Just a note, the reps starting on the 15:35 ish mark on our left side barely touched on extending arms above head with weights and again weights to the side, so if you want to have balance then challenge yourself to add in those movements before Marnie does.
