Focus on Hydration: during Saturday’s live we touched on the Week 1 wellness goal of adding a mason jar of water after our morning jar-o-lemon water and I promised Rochelle a picture of my “skinny” ball jar. I have two of these 2-cup jars in my rotation and keep one of them with me at all times when I’m home. They make achieving my daily hydration goals so easy! Missed the live but got to watch this amazing kid dance with her team today instead. I love watching her dance and do M/body with me when she has time. Never stop moving. Dance even if you think you can't. Keep moving. Be in the light!
Today’s live was a sweaty one 🥵incredibly challenging for mind and body but got me out of my funk. I can already feel the endorphins flowing. Wanted to remind everyone YOU ARE STRONGER THAN THE STORM ☔️whatever clouds linger overhead for you, This too shall pass! We embrace all the temporary discomfort on the mat, small bursts of bravery, for a long lasting benefit. Thank you fam!
Hi all! I’m super excited about the challenge, but I have a problem with using lemon in my water. I did it for many years and it ate away the enamel of my teeth. Not sure if anyone else has had this issue. I don’t think it’s super uncommon I wish it didn’t happen to me, but it did. Does anyone have another solution? I’ve heard apple cider vinegar, but that’s still pretty acidic and not great for my teeth either. Any other suggestions?

It’s been almost 2 years since my last challenge, because we moved to Mexico City and life has been very crazy since then. Ballet Glide
Hi Guys💗I’m a bit behind with classes and I’ve just done the 30 min ballet glide class! OMG if you haven’t done it yet,please give it a go! It’s such a beautiful,graceful and focussed class (great for the mind too),what a combo! We live in England so couldn’t get hold of the M/body gliders so had to resort to bala ones but I’m so glad Marnie has come up with this idea,more gliders classes please!
