Dear sweet Marnie, What a courageous sharing of vulnerability. Thank you for showing up during such an emotional time. So grateful you had the opportunity to share the love with your pup. Outpouring of love to Katelyn…The connectedness I feel working out with you and the M/Body Fam cannot be articulated. My sincerest love and gratitude to all of you.

Ditto to all the comments. For whatever reason (universe, my fitness level today) this was absolute perfection. Love LP.  Thank you Marnie for keeping everything fresh.

Nothing nourishes my soul more than my volunteer work with Shelter to Soldier. Pictured here the first introduction of Tyberius to a Veteran. To see the transformation of both the Veteran and the dog is far too emotional to put into words. Many times the Veteran’s first visits are extremely difficult for them but when we bring out the dog for introduction, everything changes; The eyes and heart soften; Hope becomes a reality. This photo was 10 years ago and I am happy to report that although Ty has retired, we provided another pup for the Veteran. This is what we do at Shelter to Soldier, “Saving lives. two at a time.”  Nourishes my soul.
