This is an absolute MUST REPEAT (weekly) for me. No traffic jams in my body after this workout. This workout is so important for my body, soul, and spirit. Thank you Marnie for yet another Gooey Goodness moment. Puppy heaven tops it off.

Detox magic moments. This workout will go into my Exceptional Jar (every sunday I write a note about something exceptional that happened the past week, fold it up, put it in a jar, and read them all on Jan 1st to see what a wonderful year I had). The exceptional factor is mostly because of the puppies. If possible, they bring additional joy to Marnie's joy train. Thank you for this fantastic workout and keep the puppies coming. You have a huge heart, which, I believe, makes the Global Fam the most connected place in the ether.

This was a fabulous 20 minutes of gooey goodness.  Just what I needed...Not to mention the utter joy and full body sensation when the puppies are onscreen (torturing Marnie)! Smiling for eternity.

I 'eased' into this strong, stretchy, gooey goodness. Thank you Marnie.

Never apologize...We are always here for you when you need us. Sensitivity is good (and rare these days). Just remember to be good to yourself first. 

These top 3 have equal weight: Nature, physical activity, & working with dogs.  Then comes the 'community', so positive with the Global Fam but lacking in the outer world these days. Keep this GlobalFam vibe going so it can spread into the universe.

This was so calming and grounding. Please don't ever apologize for sharing your vulnerabilities. Continue to honor yourself and we (the Global Fam) will always be here to support you. You watch out for all of us; it's only natural for us to want to support you in your time of need. We need you as much as you need us (spiritually). I know just how painful this process is. Sending love and light to both you and your furry babies...You are all blessed to have had time with Whiskey and most importantly, Whiskey was so lucky to have had you and the fur babies you brought into her life. You have such wonderful memories to fall back on. Take your time and mourn as you see fit. There is no recipe for loss. I hope Whiskey meets and plays with my rainbow-bridged fur babies.
