Otis Redding! Sittin’ on is my ultimate slow down and soften song

I want to give a special shout out to the discussion portion of this video!  Growth is great, but contant growth is not the goal!  Rest and healing are necessary.  I started this workout feeling SO low on energy. So I decided to skip the jumps--I usually get down on myself for this choice.  But I thought, hey, honor your body.  Later when we did arms, I found this insane strength to keep my arms up when normally I'd drop them.  My body wasn't low on energy--it was low on the type of energy I'm used to.  Finding the light in moments of rest gives us immeasurable strength in other areas of our life.  On and off the mat. <3 Also so much love to our puppies! New and old and here and elsewhere.

Creatine Recs?

Hi fam! A while ago at a IRL event we were gifted a sample of creatine pouches and they were sooo good! I can’t remember the brand, though. Any ideas, or any recs you’ve found you love?

I love this!! I’m so excited, challenges are such a special way to set goals and see what’s possible. Let’s go fam!! 💕💕 I’m going to aim for 25. Being kind to myself if I can’t make it to the mat 1 day

That was so yummy!!!!  And so fitting to the beginning of this new year.  My affirmation this morning was "it's okay to go slow."  And that was extra extra confirmed by this workout!  Super gooey in the hips and so strong for the back, glutes, thighs, and core.  I also had a little bit of lower back pain going into this and it's all gone thanks to those lovely hip openers.

This PLAYLIST!  I don't think I've ever said "YES THIS SONG" so many times.  Perfect match to the fun and unique choreo.  Literally couldn't stop smiling through this practice
