Foot cramps! Sometimes my feet get tight and crampy and I feel the need to stop whatever pose or movement to shake it out. I find it’s random on the class but once it starts it lingers. Thoughts on why and how to improve/avoid? Ty!!!

Missed Saturday’s live to adopt this sweet boy ☺️ catching up today and spent the entire class laughing b/c he wanted the ball. I’m much more driven to hold on to it now 😂 💪
