What activity/exercise setting do you use on your fitbits or smartwatches for a typical M/Body class? Lately, I’ve been using “Aerobics”. I’ve also done “Dancing” and “Pilates”. Other options I’m considering are “Core Training”, “Strength Training”, and just “Workout” lol.

FWIW, I have an older Fitbit (inspire 3!)

Covered in sweat and tears ❤️ Made it to Taylor Swift before I lost it! Marnie you are incredible for showing up and being so vulnerable. Hugs and kisses to Bourbon, my sweet Frank, and all other furbabies that came before them 🕊️ We are so lucky to cry over them while doing plies 🤭

Foot cramps! Sometimes my feet get tight and crampy and I feel the need to stop whatever pose or movement to shake it out. I find it’s random on the class but once it starts it lingers. Thoughts on why and how to improve/avoid? Ty!!!
