Returning to the most recent 60 day challenge while healing from a cervical spine injury, and surprise surprise, this class is effectively everything I'm doing to support, strengthen, and release my back/spine in PT and then some. I chose low-impact options and took some of the choreo at half speed to focus on form + expanding my heart space + being grounded feels good right now, and I was still so so so sah-weaty. The foot health talk at the end was very timely. I also have bunions from wearing tight shoes almost my whole life, and I'm excited to incorporate the exercises Marnie showed us!

Pelvic floor classes and shoulder/neck stretches! Currently obsessed with the posture perfect/ strong back classes. Any format of those 😻
