This class felt like the most beautiful sigh of relief and release - physically and mentally. REALLY needed this. I felt a powerful yet flowing stretching and strengthening of every part of my body but also felt so safe in that movement. Marnie, thank you so much. There was so much thought and technique that went into making this and it's hard to explain but the way you guided us through this work was safe and soothing and masterful.💜

Hi all! I haven’t been as visible on the community board or IG, but I’m still here and still in love with MBody. Loved this challenge! It kept me consistent, feeling good and feeling all the energy of this beautiful Global Fam. Love seeing all of your posts. Such an incredibly quick and powerful workout! Marnie magic at its best. If you think you can’t do it, give this one a try. You’ may be surprised at what you can do and at the strength you have. 💗
