Ooh, such a powerful class. Lots of brain work and muscle burn with beautiful words of reverence to inspire us throughout. I feel stronger physically and mentally. Thank you!!!🙏

Oh, sweet Marnie, like everyone else, I’m holding you and your fam in my heart. You and Whiskey gave each other so much love, adoration, fun and warmth. I used to love watching the videos of Whiskey & Bourbon patiently awaiting their celery. Hope they are reunited and enjoying all the crunchy celery their hearts can hold. And hope you can feel all the love, comfort and strength we’re sending your way.🤍

Holy crap, Faith! That’s so scary and I’m so glad to hear that you came out of it relatively unscathed. The fact that you have already turned it into something incredibly positive and meaningful speaks to your strength and courage and grit and constant badassery. You amaze me! And you’re right, mama earth will catch us when we fall and we can do hard things, but this is next level! Sending the biggest hugs and so much gratitude that you’re OK.💗

Sweet Faith. Thank you so much for sharing all of this with us. i’m blown away by your strength, grit, courage in moving forward and finding yourself again, through all of the challenging times. You’ve had so much on your plate. It’s incredible that you’ve been able to find ways to take care of yourself and reminds me of my favourite words of reverence at the end of class, to be in the midst of the chaos and still find calm in your heart. You are such a pillar of strength. You’ve been so strong for Caswyn and his family. When you can’t be strong, come here to this safe space. We love you!💕

Hi Julie. Congratulations on your new baby. Maybe just some gentle stretching to start? Your body has been through a journey!

I’m so sorry for your loss Mary Ellen. Sending you love, strength and comfort as you navigate the grief. Virtual hugs and deepest condolences. 💕

Caught this a couple of hours late but still felt all the energy and positive vibes from this community! Such a sweaty, powerful workout. Loved it so much!!!💕

Love the amazing new choreo in this class. Small tweaks that get you feeling strong and stable, which is EXACTLY what I needed today. Thank you, sweetest Marnie, for putting so much thought, knowledge and experience into this. 20 mins packs a punch! And happiest Canada Day, my Canadian soul sister. Love you!💕

Nicole, thank you for this fantastic question. I am in need of a nervous system reset and this is so helpful!💕

Oh wow! Thank you for this quick fun dance sesh! In 20 short minutes, it got me sweating and reminded me that I’m strong. It also reminded me to give some love to my body, which has been a bit of a struggle lately. And gave me joy which has been lacking. Marnie magic at its best!✨
