Sweetest fam. Firstly, I wish we could all sit by the fire and talk about this summer, and share our experiences on this challenge. But reading your thoughts fills my heart. I have so much to share, too. This challenge has been a unique one for me. This is the first time I had to let go of the idea of doing it all. And to be honest I have mixed feelings about the outcome, I could have pushed myself a bit more. I completed 32 videos and avoided 60 mins ones, but when I got to the mat I've given my all and had so much fun. Every summer has a story and this summer of mine was about balancing a demanding full-time job without any vacay days with adventure and fun. I could take some home office days though which allowed me to visit Austria and Italy and travelled back to Romania to spend some time with my dearest grandma. Above all, I got to see Florence + The Machine, Imagine Dragons, and BILLIE EILISH live, which was above and beyond. Regarding the wellness activities, I noticed that these suggestions are already in my body and mind now. I drink plenty of water, get enough sleep, journal, try to eat more greens, take my vitamins regularly, repeat mantras, make laughter a priority, foam roll, massage my face and feet, walk, surprise my loved ones, smile at strangers, and all those many other things Marnie guides us towards to. I feel like M/Body and this fam in inseparable from my being, which is the greatest gift. Although I need to get off of sugar and crappy food, which happened a lot lately. And I am trying to figure out how to get to the mat at least 5 times a week, because I got way too permissive with myself when I don't feel like working out. Love you, fam.

I am so sad we’ve reached the end but so proud of us all!!! I love these challenges, especially for the daily activities. They keep me so mindful when going about my day. Especially on days I can’t get to the mat, the activities are so helpful for my body and spirit! I had to save Barbie for last, it was my absolutely fave and I feel so powerful finishing with Barbie power. This challenge came at such a beautiful time wirh that movie coming out, and a lot of changes going on in my life. This one I will always remember and I’m a little emotional that this chapter of summer is closing (but excited to open the next ❤️)

Thrilled to say that this is the first EVER M/Body challenge where I’ve hit my original goal within the challenge period (woohoo!). I completed 45 workouts (something I didn’t think I would hit because I didn’t do any “formal” workouts during a 6-day vacation) and 48 wellness activities. And it all happened without fatiguing or stressing my body. Over time, I’ve made regular workouts a real habit (I try to work out 4-5 days a week and add in as much extra walking as I can), but this challenge was confirmation of just how much this habit has been incorporated into my life, and to how well I’ve been able to listen to my body and what it needs. One day I felt that I needed to “relax”, for instance, but realized I needed movement to do that: so I did a gentle yoga class, which was exactly what I needed. It’s these little things that show me just how much movement has entered my life, and how grateful I am to have turned a priority into a healthy need (all with the help of M/Body and this amazing community, of course). Feeling really proud!

Congratulations, beautiful fam, on the completion of another amazing Challenge.
I am happy to share that I surpassed my initial goal of 30 workouts and instead got 38 done! I had gained more momentum than anticipated and even thought I might get close to 60, until my Dad passed away part way through the Challenge.
It has been an extremely difficult couple of weeks, but I eventually managed to get back to the mat and stayed true to my goals (of drinking more water, staying consistent, and not putting myself / my health on the back burner).
I'm so grateful for the kind messages of support that I've received. The connections, the choreography and Marnie's words of wisdom have all been so helpful during this time of grief.
We did it!👏👏👏

Wow! That was amazing. Thanks so much Marnie and G Fam for challenging and inspiring me. Being on this journey with all of you has been truly amazing and a blessing 💕. I ended up completing 59 of 60 workouts. That included 44 M/body and outdoor cycling too. Since it was my first challenge, I focused on the workouts. Next time I hope to incorporate more of the wellness activities. Congrats to everyone who made it to the mat (no matter how many times). Xo

Congratulations to everyone!! I completed all of the workouts however I did not complete even half of the daily activities. I’ve had some major changes in my professional life and the daily workouts were exactly what I needed. I love being able to look on the board and having a specific workout planned! When other areas of my life are crazy at least that can stay consistent!! Congratulations everyone! You all are amazing creatures and I’m so happy to be part of this fabulous community!!

I was uncertain if I wanted to do this challenge, but you my friends inspired me to do it. I don’t know how many challenges I have done with this beautiful family 7 or 8 too many…
My goal was to do at least 30 workouts but I ended completing 43, feeling proud and accomplished, certainly does not look like my first boards that had all the marks and hearts, this one is humble and it shows other side of Lizamary and for that I’m thankful!!!

Here's my summer challenge board! I joined late but came in stronger than I expected to for the last board. Even had a work trip in there and was doing it from the hotel room. You all kept me motivated!

So proud of everyone! I went for 45 and completed 52!!! My challenge was keeping up with the wellness activities which I ended up completed 59/60 ( I still owe myself an Epsom Salt bath but you need to have it first!🤪). That being said I have integrated other wellness activities into my daily routine which is helped tremendously! On goes the journey!
