Love this one!! I like the challenge of the up down, loved the feel dance throughout too! The ab section was on fire! Weights added to it was a challenge and I felt bad ass to have made it through most of it lol! Good music, just great flow! ๐Ÿ˜Šโค๏ธ

Awww just came back to this one and realized I did this originally with my daughter, mom, and sister! Fam fave for sure! Also i hesitated with not using equipment/weights but I am covered in sweat and just a good reminder or just using this body and being in this body is more than enough!

This class is an open and release of the heart for sure. Marnie-my heart is reaching out to you as you grieve all the love for your sweet boy! This class is a reminder of love. The body's chance to move from the heart. I enjoyed this pace, it was really just right. The movement and message is something I will come back to again and again as honor my own love and grief. Thank you so much for this Marnie!

Love love love! The music kept me going and having fun. Just enough bounce, just enough static poses, just enough gooey core work. This class just was perfect kind of balance!๐Ÿ’œ

<30 Inner Thigh Sculpt/196- really connected to my body, emotion triggered-a good release.

<45 Sweat/95- a really fun one, great music, did this with my mom and sis so good memories, one song is in the movie Uncle Buck so brings back funny memories ๐Ÿ˜‚

<60 Sig 80โ€™s Jam/347-soo fun! Probably voted most fun in my book!

<30 Sweat/75- what I turn to to just get shit out-if grumpy itโ€™s a go to

<45 T Swift movement ball/231-Taylor gets me dancing

<60 Full Body Burn/267-great for travel and stillness incorporated/ will feel the strength and power you have

<45 Full Body Barre/378- associate with a great loss in my life, but felt immense love, felt connected and nourished

<20 Healing Hips and meditation/307-really got me into my body, grounded and very healing

<45 Standing Series/412-just fun, good music!

There are many many more but here is a good start lol!

Challenge complete! This challenge really kept me going the past 21 days! Really enjoyed the classes and even found that I melted more in the hip opening class which was a good suprise! I have very tight hips so this was huge just to be able to enjoy it! At times I can dread it when my knees stick up sitting crossed leg or when I feel I canโ€™t stretch legs out wide in the split/like reaching position. I maybe still looked the same but it sure just felt different, very cool! Loved all the dancy moves throughout the challenge and love when the sweat poured! I feel stronger and accomplished! Thanks as always Marnie and M/Body team and fam! ๐Ÿ’œ

So good to know Faith! I know nothing about medicinal mushrooms but hear they can be helpful with the brain/inflammation
