So very sorry for your loss Marnie! May his love always surround you! Big huge hugs to you! 🐾❤️

Thank you so much!! Means a lot to have the support❤️

This was fun, so so sweaty, and a challenge! Legs and arms get a shaking! Great music, some emotion came through and out as well. It will be one I come back to on higher energy days and when I’m ready for all the shakes!

Would love a copy of the quote/meditation at the end of this workout! So so good! Enjoyed the stillness and chance to work on form throughout this exercise!

I will keep coming back to this for healing. It let me both express and gave comfort, steadiness for sure. I needed this so much. Future Ali-come back to this when feeling big feelings it will help you! 💛

Can’t believe I missed this live! Just did this beautiful movement! Happy 6 years M/Body! I was defiantly one of those people that did those first few popsugar M/Body YouTube videos over and over again and so when this platform came out I was over the moon! I love this movement! I really feel self care should be something you enjoy and so when I get on my mat and do this work it’s truly care, it’s fun and freeing! I have experienced the wide range of emotions on this mat with this work. It’s a space to really be with myself and I’m so grateful for this! Thank you Marnie and all of M/Body for showing up, giving heart, light, heat, truth, vulnerability, imperfection, messy, grace, elegance, and mostly love! It’s felt each time I come to this space! Thank you thank you!! ❤️💛

Jessica, my heart goes out to you with all you have endured, being human, navigating trauma-it’s a beast. As I was reading your words as you shared your heart I just kept thinking how beautiful some souls are. It’s beautiful to share your vulnerabilities in this safe space. It’s beautiful and brave to give a voice to pain. It’s so brave and beautiful to show oneself! May light keep coming to you, may you bask in all the beauty you have and are fighting for! I hope the light keeps finding you and that so much love, safety, and celebration comes your way!💛

My heart goes out to yours Mary Ellen! Grief/loss is so many things and it’s so hard because it’s all our own. Many of us know what grief feels like so it’s comforting that others can relate but ultimately our loss is only our loss and that can feel so uniquely lonely. I find a lot of comfort with the idea that we share the DNA, cells, with our parents and so in a way they are with us always, we carry them, even scientifically speaking lol. I hope you allow for all that comes with grief, even the joy as you hold their love in you. It’s a new relationship, this is how I view grief, and it’s a journey to shape that relationship with them. Sometimes I yell at my dad for leaving, other times I hear his advice and answer “yeah, I know”, some days I sob and try so hard to envision him with me. Sometimes I laugh and am silly and imagine him tagging along. I hope this helps, it’s what I find as comforting with my own grief. Sending lots of vibes of hope, togetherness, and comfort!
