This challenge was a challenge lol but also so fun! I felt it had such great energy that gave me a boost each day! It was a reminder how coming to the mat each day is sacred and so healing. It feels good to come to a place in the day and on the mat to really be with yourself and your body. I feel listening to my body and not pushing is something I still really need to work on. I did try though throughout it such as lessening the impact when my body asked and allowing a day for more soft movement. Thank you Marnie for all your words throughout this challenge, all the encouragement and healing words offered each day in these classes! M/Body is a true gift that I’m forever grateful for!

Did this one after a 20 min ballet sculpt and feel it was the perfect combo. This was not what was expected as there felt like strength and stretch balanced so beautifully together. I sometimes see “stretch” and think “it won’t work me enough”. This one proved me wrong, there is stength in stretch and I was worked in a way that my body needs just as much as a “sweat”. And I was sweating still😂. It is just so balanced and a good one to come to when chaos dominates the day, this will bring you back to a steady flow!

Holy moly! This was a challenge! If craving sweat and endurance this is it! Would do on a day when your energy is flowing!!!

Okay another reminder that 20 minutes and do things!!! Covered in sweat, stress rung out, and all the shakes and stretches throughout!

This was a fun one!!! I actually felt those small movements by tuning into those smaller muscles which was cool to experience. I remembered my mind and focus is also so much of this work! Loved the music and vibe. The meditation at the end was a needed message that I melted into, love love! ❤️

Okay, this is now my FAVORITE!!! This uplifted me. I had so much FUN and the hour passed soooo quickly because of the fun, movement, and music! I loved the fun cardio twist in the middle with kicks! I feel so damn good! Thanks M/Body!❤️💃🏻

This felt so so good! I am recognizing that posture is hard for me so stengthening posture muscles feels very supportive of my goal to improve posture. Also the movement felt so good, whole body was tended to with this one!

I crave fun dance moves (moving to t swift always a blast)! I also do like the heavy weights with slow movements. I think some standing core also helps my whole body to feel very strong and balanced. Lastly, I do love like a good yoga like feel flow! ❤️

Love this one!! I like the challenge of the up down, loved the feel dance throughout too! The ab section was on fire! Weights added to it was a challenge and I felt bad ass to have made it through most of it lol! Good music, just great flow! 😊❤️

Awww just came back to this one and realized I did this originally with my daughter, mom, and sister! Fam fave for sure! Also i hesitated with not using equipment/weights but I am covered in sweat and just a good reminder or just using this body and being in this body is more than enough!
