Wow y’all! I just realized I’ve hit my SIX YEAR Marniversary 💪✨🌈🙌❣️ I don’t know the exact date anymore but I know I joined M/body in August 2020 so I could participate in the 60 day challenge- what a source of joy during COVID! This has been SUCH a place of strength and happiness for me these past 6 years and I plan to continue for as long as my body allows🥰 I’m so grateful for this platform and for all of you badass babes cheering me on along the way 😘

Hi Erin! I just got some 8lb weights handed down to me from a friend and they are hitting just right for power sculpt classes! They have a nice coating on them so they’re not slippery- which I really like! I’m not sure of the brand but I think 8 lbs is a very doable goal 😊
