My august adventure…

Hello sweet fam! Since august is all about adventure I think I need some help adventuring into shorter classes. Sometimes I’ll push myself to do a 60, and feel drained the rest of the day! When I could have done a 20, or a stretch flow and felt more energised!
So my adventure is… chilling out a bit lol.

Brought sweet angel Winnie home on Saturday! Today was her first time getting to be a part of the mbody magic — and how fitting that I chose to catch up on last Wednesday’s class with sweet Twiggy for her intro. Marnie, I’m convinced your counting sets of 8 soothed her right to sleep 🥹

Hey fam - I need help finding a class! I have been looking for one of my fave 60 min signature classes and can’t find it for the life of me… it was from the end of April I think, after TTPD came out and Marnie had posted about switching up the planned class to incorporate some of the new songs… I did it live and loved it and now cannot find it in the library to redo… help!

No matter what happens, I will always have my strength...and my Mbody!

I mean sooo cute. Here is my Berkley boo. He had kidney cancer. But is doing amazing. I. February the vet said 6 months max. And look at him. It has been 7 months and he is hanging in like a champ.
