I did a lot more than I expected!! πŸ’— I reached my goal of 3 Mbody workouts a week!! πŸŽ‰πŸ™ŒπŸ’« from here, I plan to fill in my calendar with the workouts that I missed due to β€œrest days”. I absolutely love the mbody calendar on the app, but I also love writing checkmarks on paper next to when I finish and circling the days where I worked out in some capacity. Just a reminder of - yeah! I did that pat on the back thing. This was super fun and rewarding! Thank you mbody global fam!!! Love ya Marnie! πŸ’—πŸ’—πŸ’—πŸ’—πŸ’— we did it!!!

Omg! It’s all the feels this one. Today I was having a hard time getting to the mat and Marnie knew! How did she know??? πŸ’— I modified and used 2 lbs (which were a bit tough for me today) I listened to my body to know when to modify and was able to access deeper muscles that way. Thank you!πŸ’—πŸ₯° love you all!

So sweet! I remember when my niece used to do that - bounce along to the workouts- adorable visual. I have a sacred space meditation area in my bedroom that I love, but I tend to workout in the living room which is a bit more spacious. I love that you found a sacred space in this challenge! πŸ’—πŸ’«
