Just what I needed! Sweaty stretchy goodness. I didn’t have weights this time bc I was at my mom’s house, but next time. And perhaps trying with the sliders! Baby Got Back!! Haha! 🖤 It’s not always the easiest being back in my home town w out all of my usual habits and this class reminded me to stay in the present moment. Thinking one good thing moment by moment… thinking possibility without needing certainty. Love you all so much! 💗

Love the choreography in this one! I started w 3 lbs, but changed to 2 lbs which took less tension out of my neck. 2lbs worked great for me this time! Started this one before playing a show and even though I didn’t get to finish it, it really helped get my nervous energy out and still had a high energy for the show. 🖤💫 💧

This was a challenge with my 1 lb ankle weights on lol. This first time I did it it without ankle weights and I got through w out pauses. This time was a little different but I got through! Love the heart opening stretch w the ball support at the end. I never regret coming to the mat. 💗💫💪🦵

Well that was awesome yet challenging w 5lb weights. I kept telling myself- it’s only 10 min so I got through. Loving all this back strength that I’m getting from Mbody! Short and sweet and sweaty! 💪💪🏽💪🏿💪🏾💪🏻

I’m not sure what pleats are… but i do get knee pain from time to time…I tend to be hyperextended in my knees. I like the knee strengthening exercises I did in physical therapy. Leg lifts (one at a time) on your back, side, and stomach seem to help strengthen my knee. Also relevès. I personally have to double check that my knee is in alignment with my feet as well as micro bending as to not hyperextend my knee.

Whoa! That was challenging for me with 3lb weights. Maybe next time I’ll use 2. I just kept telling myself it’s only 10min. Was pretty sweaty too! Lovin these express classes! 💗
