Great postpartum class!! Loved this one! The 5lbs were a bit challenging, but I stuck w it even though I had to take breaks. Loved the neck stretches at the end of class! Great playlist!!! The Cure is on this one!! 💫💫💫💫💗💗💗🙏🙏🙏 Needed this today. Did it after the 20 min live today bc I was craving weights. Xoxo much love to you all! I did the live and had so much fun so I decided to do it again today. My energy was a little lower than usual, but I got through and felt so good afterward!I used 3lbs but today had to lower to 2lbs to keep the strain out of my neck. I love the feeling of the ball under my neck and hips! If you don't have this Mbody ball, I highly recommend it. I even put it under my thoracic and layed there in a stretch after class. Or roll out my muscles like a foam roller. I love the theme of Intention this month. Fun playlist! 💗💫🦋🥰🎉🤩 Cassie's bday and Anita's bun in the oven celebration as well! Loved the pace of this class!I used 3 lbs the whole time. I just did this live last Saturday, but thought I would try again. The planks were a little easier this time and my muscle memory was kicking in. My right knee and left side of my neck were feeling wonky today, but I was moving with intention and shifted into modifications ! Always love the meditation at the end! And it was my birthday class🎉 !! 🖤
