Same! Depending on the day I might have to go to 2s or 1s

I’m struggling with some body dismorphia issues. I know when I workout- move my body, I feel better, but there’s always that voice- “workout more and that pudge will go away”- or being hard on myself for eating the pasta and bread …. And sometimes I feel like I look good and see a picture of myself and think omg! I know this is all about self talk and accepting myself just the way I am, but when a lot of my friends and family are taking ozempic and shots like that, it really gets me going. It’s almost like being around people that are obsessed with their figure starts to rub off on me… I’m working on self accepting mantras and not judging myself and others. Can we talk about self acceptance and the effects of Ozempic and other dietary shots on the human body?

Loving this playlist. Xanadu w ONJ came on and I started crying! It’s been a day! And the the R&B and rap! Holla! Kept me going! Mariah is on this one too! Hope everyone is feeling better after this class. Although I modified a bit, it was still sweaty and fun, yet a good release of energies! Grounding too. Love Marnie saying “Release that fear so you can let the joy in” also talking about hips and how much you can rotate “it’s not bad or wrong, it’s just training the natural ability of your hips” (something like that). Much love 🥰💫💗

This is such an awesome question! I know that any Mbody workout seems to do the trick even if it’s modified.

Feeling overwhelmed with things would be great if there were specific workouts pertaining to each feeling. Which workout is the tribute to Tina Turner? I love her and love that workout!

Just what I needed! Sweaty stretchy goodness. I didn’t have weights this time bc I was at my mom’s house, but next time. And perhaps trying with the sliders! Baby Got Back!! Haha! 🖤 It’s not always the easiest being back in my home town w out all of my usual habits and this class reminded me to stay in the present moment. Thinking one good thing moment by moment… thinking possibility without needing certainty. Love you all so much! 💗
