In the mornings after I wake up... Honestly usually sit on my couch, drink coffee, write in my journal scroll the community board and IG, plan my day, maybe draw or play music, then I rush around to get ready for mbody lol. I think lighting a candle would be super nice and maybe doing some nice stretching, listening to my body quietly before hand. I actually might try this today. Great question!
