Hello fam! I missed you!!!
Im.back to the mat after many months! I gave birth on November 17th and now I'm ready to get back on the sweat!
If you have tips on classes that might be more adapted for this period, I'll gladly try them. I had a cesarian birth, and some diastasis...
Me and my mini Stela are great!

Welcome Stella!
Dear Globalfam , I've been off the app and the community for awhile. I was busy with this cute pie. She arrived Sunday 17 November and we are all good.
I can't wait to go back to the mat, but for now, for me , it's breastfeeding, some walks, some naps and lots of diapers.
Ill be back at the lives in February if everything goes well! Until there I wish you all a great holidays seasons, great lives and Marnie, good and quick recovery of your foot.

Just did that class! Now I'm getting all the fuss about it! It is a FAVORITE!!! Hard, sweating, challenging but so nice to keep up with, the repetitions, the coreo, the music!!!! all great and perfect sync! the words at the end are the gem! @Marnie, can you post it on your insta maybe? love love love !!!

Great question! I didn't fall in love with planks and moutain climbers, but I accept them well now. I still struggle big time with second wide leg position with hills up! And the first position with hills up... on the diamond shape legs. Oh my god!!! Sometimes i think im gonna cry and normally i scream! 🤪😂😂

Hey Fam, hello Marnie and team M/body.
I geeting back to a routine of exercise at least 5 times a week. And i noticed that depends where i am on my cycle my energy changes a lot and some classes feel better than others. Would be possible to have like a quick guide on what types of classes fits us better during our periods, pms, ovulation and so on? Or is that too complex and I should figure it out for myself? It's just an idea, but since this Fam is full of us, I thought I could be useful. Also Marnie seems to know so much about hormones, that I tought that will be something that she could totally help us.
Anyways, I would like to know your thoughts and feelings about that.
