Welcome and congratulations mama! I’ve done M/BODY during and post my last two pregnancies and you can’t go wrong they are all fabulous and can all be modified. I mainly limited any jumping in the beginning and just listened to my body. I would aim for 3 a week (more if you can!) sometimes I only get 1 workout in a week. Just continue to give yourself grace and keep showing up! Xoxo

Happy Challenge! I’m joining πŸ’₯ I’m committing to do 3 days a week! I’ve been at one a week lately 😬 with it being dark in the am and circulating colds between the kiddos. So here I go! I plan to rise early start my day off on the balanced foot and enter the new year with intention. My goals for myself are to be present with my girls and not to rush through life.
