So stoked - aiming for 5 a week!

Did this a second time and if I could favourite it again I would  --- the Ed Sheeran / Duo Lipa dance was so fantastic!!

If I could double favourite a class ... this would be it!! The music, the grace, the fun -- a fave for real!!

This was such an empowering, fun class!!

Ok that one was challenging in the best way! And I loved the musical vibes!

Life got in the way of me doing this live yesterday but so glad I was able to come celebrate with y'all today! This was so joyful! Happy 500!!

So much joy and love in this one!! 

Whew, for some reason this one has intimidated me so I haven't done it til today... it is my first day back on the mat after a few days and I definitely felt out of my coordination comfort zone but it was super fun and punchy!

I did this one live originally so didn't have it marked as a favourite. I was looking for a loved 60 min though today, and my mini-est mini suggested I do this one and I am sooooo glad she did! It was so fun and joyful and empowering and I insta-faved it this time around. Thank you!
