Congrats to everyone who finished the challenge!! I did 5x weekly, always fitting in at least one longer class and am feeling so good about it. Going to try to maintain this as long as I can through winter!

Struggling at the moment so I have not been able to engage as much as usual and as much I would have liked to but I still hit the mat at least three times a week. Congratulations to all the challengers! Thank you to Marnie & M/BODY. Sending love to all 🤍
Can anyone even read this?? 🤣🤣 I intentionally wrote in pencil so I could change if needed and I did! I really was ambitious! I was going hard the first nine days. The 9th day I over did it with the workouts and I was sore for multiple days… a challenge to get back on that pony and eek it out, but I used modifications and achieved my goal of 5 workouts a week! This included M/Body and ballet zoom classes. And a random YouTube workout. Michael did the no screens before sun and morning water with me so that helped keep me on track having a buddy like that. We were able to keep each other in check! I noticed we were talking more in the morning which was sooooo nice and good for us (now if we can just stick w it). I had the goal of dry brushing thrice weekly. I did it twice a week at least. I also added the goal of meditating 5 days a week for atleast 15 minutes. We mostly did 20 every morning but when there was a time crunch we did 5 min and there was one day we didn’t because I was ….. hungover 😵🫣 just being honest. Everything in moderation right? So there ya go! I surprised myself. I circled my workouts and highlighted my goals. I really love these group challenges!!! It keeps me motivated when I know we are doing it together! Thank you for this community! Xoxo we did it! 💗💫💗💫 can’t wait to see ya on the next live!
Another challenge in the books!! I found myself really strong and focused for this challenge and managed to do all 21!! Finally 2 months out of surgery and feeling like I'm able to push myself again and it felt SO good!! Feeling strong and capable after this one!!
Yay! I managed 6 workouts a week. Life is super busy so many of them were 20 mins but I'm counting it as a win!
Thank you Marnie and M/BODY for this fall challenge! I was unwell during weeks 2 + 3 and switched out some videos for my favourite stretch classes so, since I was looking forward to the workouts included, I am going to continue to pick from the board in November. I loved the water and dry brush / lymph activities. Congratulations to all the challengers! I’m excited to celebrate with you on Saturday!
European Fam: remember that the LIVEs on Wednesday 30 October and Saturday 2 November are 1 hour earlier since our clocks have gone back but the end of daylight saving in the US isn’t until 3 November. The times in the Upcoming LIVE Classes section reflect this.
Congrats challengers! I was not feeling my best these past weeks, but I had fun when I got on the mat for these 9 workouts. It was special to revisit some of these and hear perspectives from past years and seasons.
The new calendar feature was pretty cool, I wonder if we could use it to potentially have a suggested workout for each day to help with decision fatigue!
11/21 classes done for the fall challenge! While I didn’t hit my goal of 15 (traveling and life got in the way!), I’m still honoring the effort even if it’s not the exact result I wanted 😊 Excited to “make up” some of the classes I missed over the coming weeks. Congrats to all who participated!!
I finished the Feel Good Fall Challenge with 10/21 - in a completely different way than I expected.
For me, who usually tries to do everything 100% all the time, the real challenge was to set a goal that was both physically and mentally sustainable. This time, I’m happy to say that I was able to do three workouts a week, fitting them in with my ballet classes while adjusting to a new family routine that has been challenging over the last few weeks.
I have to admit that I’m tired at the end of the month, and getting on the mat at that time feels like climbing a mountain. I try, but it’s not always an easy task.
However, as there is always at least one bright side to even the most difficult moments, October was also the month I met some of the most special people I know in person: Molly Mandell Lindsey J Becca Henry and Stephanie Friel . Our evening in Rome was, without a doubt, the highlight of the month and the best birthday present I could have asked for this year💫
I got sick and simultaneously extra busy in the middle week, but I'm proud of myself for at least getting 3 per week in! Great challenge!
