Hello!! I’m celebrating my 30th week birthday with my first workout through this platform. I gotta say I loved Marnie, and the meditation today it made me cry. I’m starting to love my body after 4 abd/pelvic surgeries and 1 year without a colostomy. I am so excited to see how my body changes and gets strong since I don’t have any pelvic muscle strength. Doing my workouts in my home from Puerto Rico. Thank you for this amazing workouts, you change lives!! 🥹🩷
