Just wrapped up the 5-year anniversary class ~ what a blast! There’s truly nothing like the energy of a celebratory class. I also wanted to share a little something I posted about celebrating my five years with M/Body, especially for those of you who aren’t on social media. I got one on amazon, I think it is called Funcheer or something like that. It’s adjustable. I would like to get some weighted bags to help stabilize it for some of the barre work we do but besides that I love it!
