I honestly love all of the workouts, but looking through, I think #69 45min abs and glutes was a kicker!!

Something scary: I have difficulty with speaking in public or even on Zoom. I've been working on this a lot lately, as it is needed for my position at work. I've been working on grounding myself and breathing. Also having a post it saying "I Am Enough," because I am. I'll keep working on this! Work in progress ✨️

I loved the cardio sweat 111. I’m a fan of anything that gets my HR up and the sweat flowing. I can’t believe we are over 2/3 through the challenge. Bravo to my fellow challengers! I’ve never exercised this many days in a row my life and I’m definitely seeing some positive changes in my body and my mental health. 💪❤️

My favorite class on challenge board two is the M/<45 90’s Hip Hop Sweat /167. I enjoyed the moves, music, and the uplifting vibe. With the hardship our world is facing, Marnie’s words and the connection with the global fam were and are poignant.

This was difficult to pick! Today’s answer is M/ <45 90s Hip Hop Sweat 47 (because that playlist carried me through) and M/<45 Ballet Sculpt & Stretch (as the class flew by and I yearn for more of that poetic, ballet grace and hope to make progress in my ability to do leg stretches at the barre with a straight leg).

I try to comment under each video I do, but by the end of class I am a sweaty ball of love and gratitude for the experience. Will try to hone in on writing specifics in my comments for those who are picking a class based on what they read. And for those who post about some of their fav go-to classes on social media, pls know I am thankful and taking notes for inspiration on which classes to try next when the challenge is over.

Grounded sweat 179 was challenging and super sweaty. My legs and glutes have been super sore, but this class, like many others always seemed to stretch me in just the right places and I felt so much stronger on the other side. Today’s live was no different! My body thanks me every time and I am starting to find that the longer classes fly by. It’s hard to pick a favorite when they’re all so great. Xoxo and Happy Easter! Also, congrats on your US Citizenship, Marnie😍🇺🇸

I am making myself choose just one, not easy!! For me it was the <45 Detox Sweat Live. The energy and love from that live class with the videos 🥺 So thankful fam!

How about you??

Hi Fam! I had a great moment this week. My chiropractor, who I have been working with for over a year to treat some deep trauma-related muscle tension and skeletal problems, said that they could really notice my improved strength, range of motion and alignment. They asked me what I was doing differently. I told them about M/BODY. They said, “Well, keep it up! And, can you send me the link? I want to share the link with my partner. It might be right for her.”

I was super encouraged and felt like it was awesome that a chiropractor would want their partner to try out M/BODY. Kudos to Marnie and the team for creating this amazing, healing space and work! I hope it is around for many years to come!

Super grateful…🙏🏻

Greeting from the Chilean desert! 🏜 We are here visiting my husband’s family. I love traveling but often struggle from tummy problems/anxiety. I’m loving escaping to do my mbody to calm me. Xoxoxo

Today I needed the reminder to give myself grace, as the cold that’s gone around my house this week hit me hard this morning. Rest is not something that comes easy to me, but today’s quote reminded me that rest is an essential part of wellness, and I plan to prioritize it today. Thank you for the reminder! 💕

Hello Fam,

I can’t believe we are already on day 41… sharing here my second board, I’m happy of having been more constant with the wellness activities (still tend to forget them).

Enjoy the next 20 days✨

Claudia
