Happy 5th Marnieversary to me✨🤍✨

This is me 5 years ago, glowing after one of my first classes. Five years later, I still have the enthusiasm and energy to share a virtual mat with you all.

Thank you, Marnie, for guiding me on this wellness and mindfulness journey.

Thank you, M/Body crew, for always being there for me.

Thank you Fam, thank you friends from all over the world. Meeting some of you IRL has been a highlight of the past 5 years.

I’ve lived this challenge in my most authetic way, going through the highs and lows of a very exhausting month: work deadlines, middle school exams, end of the school year, ballet shows and summer classes, and packing for my children’s holidays… Life in all its glory!

So I want to look at this board and feel happy about every workout I’ve done. They remind me of all the moments I spent taking care of myself.

I finished the Feel Good Fall Challenge with 10/21 - in a completely different way than I expected.

For me, who usually tries to do everything 100% all the time, the real challenge was to set a goal that was both physically and mentally sustainable. This time, I’m happy to say that I was able to do three workouts a week, fitting them in with my ballet classes while adjusting to a new family routine that has been challenging over the last few weeks.
I have to admit that I’m tired at the end of the month, and getting on the mat at that time feels like climbing a mountain. I try, but it’s not always an easy task.

However, as there is always at least one bright side to even the most difficult moments, October was also the month I met some of the most special people I know in person: Molly Mandell Lindsey J Becca Henry and Stephanie Friel . Our evening in Rome was, without a doubt, the highlight of the month and the best birthday present I could have asked for this year💫
