I finished the Feel Good Fall Challenge with 10/21 - in a completely different way than I expected.

For me, who usually tries to do everything 100% all the time, the real challenge was to set a goal that was both physically and mentally sustainable. This time, I’m happy to say that I was able to do three workouts a week, fitting them in with my ballet classes while adjusting to a new family routine that has been challenging over the last few weeks.
I have to admit that I’m tired at the end of the month, and getting on the mat at that time feels like climbing a mountain. I try, but it’s not always an easy task.

However, as there is always at least one bright side to even the most difficult moments, October was also the month I met some of the most special people I know in person: Molly Mandell Lindsey J Becca Henry and Stephanie Friel . Our evening in Rome was, without a doubt, the highlight of the month and the best birthday present I could have asked for this year💫

M/30 Ballet Glide /365 and all the ballet inspired classes! I love how Marnie combines the elegance and grace of ballet with powerful and strong workouts.

Happy Feel Good Fall 21-Day Challenge 🧡

An energetic class, tiring but physically and mentally stimulating. Marnie always expresses all her creativity with the movement ball and this time she came up with some incredible combinations!

The finale with Celine Dion was the icing on the cake🥰

A huge shout out to our international community and to the standing workouts playlist!
I want to thank Marnie and the M/BODY team for keeping improving the platform, making it even more useful and perfect! For the past two weeks, having the standing workouts playlist has been a breakthrough! So I was able to train easily and consistently even in my small Parisian flat 🥰
And there could not have been a better way to celebrate 4 years of M/Body than a lunch with Daniela in the Ville Lumière.
Happy 4 years M/Body and to many more anniversaries to come✨
