Hi! I have a lot of difficulty taking care of myself... I have two kids and my husband has been out of work for over a year. Thankfully I have a good job but it's hard to put myself first. I've gotten up the courage in to buy a three month subscription in the past or a quarterly one which I then use almost everyday because it makes me so happy. In a few days is my birthday and my husband insisted on getting me the year long membership which I tried to refuse but he wouldn't take no for an answer. When we finished the purchase I wept tears of happiness.

Happy and grateful to be here.

Wednesday I went on a mama group 4.4 mile hike in the Tahoe Sierras! I was so nervous leading up to it as I am not a hiker or backpacker….. I do M/Body, lol. I went and it was amazing (minus seeing a mountain lion 😬). I was never out of breath or tired feeling, carried my 2 year old for about half the journey and am so proud of my littles for keeping up and never asking ā€œare we there yet?ā€ šŸ˜‚ I just wanted to say how functional M/Body is for the whole body!

About 10 months ago, I went to the M/body retreat in Italy. I had never done a workout before and I didn’t know who Marnie was. A friend asked me to go and I jumped at the chance to see Tuscany.

What I didn’t know when I agreed to go was that this would be a pivotal, life changing decision. Participating in the retreat and meeting all of the compassionate, powerful women was like nothing I’ve ever experienced.

As part of the retreat, we completed a prompted journal session each day. I had never journaled before and this also turned out to be a powerful habit that has stuck with me.

Today, while writing in my journal, I was documenting how much my outlook has changed for the better in the last almost year since.

Doing M/body improves, strength, balance, flexibility and endurance of my body, while also doing the same for my spirit. How is that all possible , in less than one hour a day? Thank you Marnie and to the M/body community for being such an amazing resource.

Mbody Meet Up: Cass and Leah!

I was passing through Mall of America and Cass met me (and my fam!) at the Lego store! We hugged, discussed making a mini Marnie lego, and chatted about how smelly kids are. Lol.

We have the best the community! So much love and willingness to meet!

Hey fam! I realized my 5 year marnieversary is coming up on Aug 1! (Same with Steph!) I've been challenging myself with doing classes i wouldn't normally do this summer. However, in celebration, I decided to make a list of my all time favorites classes and treat myself to them leading up to the day! I finally figured out how to make a playlist in the app and wanted to share for anyone who is having decision fatigue! This was a very tough decision and I know im missing some classes, but i had to stop before the whole catalog was highlighted lol

Would be very curious to see some other all time favorites from the fam? I've been having so much fun going back to classes that I love!
