Just finished yesterday’s TRUST signature and thought it’s the perfect theme as we just welcomed a new foster from an absolutely horrific backyard breeder situation. This little guy has been through so much and this month he is learning to trust 🤍

If you need a reminder on the healing power of love, take in a little creature who needs you and watch them transform.

I love adding in 5’s for a change. If you have wrist weights, you could try having them on while holding your 3’s to see what it feels like with more weight before committing! But I love having the added challange option when I’m feeling it :)
