Hey Julie congrats on your new baby! I just did Ballet Sculpt and Stretch 534 and I could totally see that working for post pardon. It was 30 min. I’ve had 5 babies so I know what its like trying to get back into it! I started with all the 20 min workouts in the catalog and focused first on all the sculpt and stretch, especially the ballet focused because they tend to be slower but still have full power! Best wishes to you mama!

Yes I think this is more normal than you think. The causes of the anxious and intrusive thoughts are different, but you are not alone in that they are there! For me, on days when it feels heavier I do shorter workouts. So glad Marnie added the 10 min express! If i am in the middle of a longer workout and the pushups or planks just aren’t happening (thats when its the hardest for me with the thoughts) I literally stop, sit back, and sip water until that part of the class is over. Haha and jump back in. No judgement, its just you and the screen anyways. Hang in there! Sending hugs.

I intend to drink more water. I intend to finish at least 1 whole Stanley per day.

Hit the 6 year Marniversary mark at the end of July!! MBody has truly become an integrated part of who I am….and I am so grateful for the support and community we have here! Summer with 5 at home has made it difficult to show up, but I am still here and school starts in 9 days lol! 😂 Ready for a fall challenge!

Thanks so much for answering all our questions! This was so helpful!

I know we all have learned to listen to our bodies through this work (or at least or a work in progress with this) but my question is regarding how do we optimize our workouts when choosing them ourselves via the catalogue so they are sustainable and we don’t burnout (I know I’m not the only one who sometimes forgets 60min 5x a week isn’t always the best thing for a woman in her mid 40s with a busy schedule)….I know we have the challenges we can refer back to….but what other tips do you recommend for choosing the workouts on our own when we can’t make the lives? With so many now in the catalogue to choose from it can feel overwhelming.

I love the idea of M/Body being included in the wording….just as a reminder of the fam! But I also love the idea of 2 words….soft/strong? Can’t wait to see how it turns out.

This inspires me to make a list of my favs! I know it’s a feature in the app but haven’t really used it….gonna come back to this thread and add some to it!

I’d say go for it! It’s good to change it up and have options. I’m on the hunt for 5lbs myself after years of 3lbs.
