I use a coffee bean grinder to process seeds (sunflower, sesame, pumpkin, flax) and add to smoothies with chia seeds , all soaked overnight to help with digestion. Adding nut butter is a must for taste and nutrients 😋 Seed cycling is super easy and recommend for hormone health. The added bonus is the nutrition and caloric benefits.
