Hi Meredith, I’m sorry to hear that! I pulled something about a month ago and thought it was my piriformis or hamstring. After 2 weeks I went to my sports injury chiropractor and he said it was a glute medius injury and gave me some stretches. His rule of thumb is give it a 10 days and if it’s not better schedule an appointment so it doesn’t get worse. Have you seen anyone yet? Where it’s been so long it may help to get it checked out and they can give you specific stretches and things to avoid so you heal.

The ending stretch Marnie does often to end classes has a gentle hamstring stretch that you can feel your way into by raising or lowering your torso or decreasing the distance your leg is forward, or using a strap. But if it hurts, and you know you have an injury your body likely needs a break from it (I’m not a doctor/professional, but an advocate for trusting your body and intuition always).

I echo Julia on this! A ball with some texture on it like a kickball or dodgeball. I googled on Amazon and found this. (I hope this doesn’t seem unsupportive to say. I will always support purchasing M/BODY products whenever possible as they are fabulous and keep the program going!)

Hi Leah! Marnie sent an email recently that I remembered had these details. Here you go!

This class brings it in allll the best ways. Such a fun cardio dance series, and those sets of snap jumps were SO fresh and invigorating. I loved the slight changes in sequencing and variations on classic moves and the new choreo with the ball..LOVE. Fire in the legs during barre series if you go as deep as Marnie cues, and your abs will be orangey hot before the TSwift bridge cooldown.

Loved this class!! I always appreciate variety in sequencing and moves, and optional prop use is an excellent way to up the challenge. Any one else try the second half of class with ankle weights?! Phewww 😅🔥SO Good!!!

It’s time fam! Choose one for today, and maybe sprinkle them throughout the week/month to infuse some more FUN into your days. These classes are full of that. Who doesn’t love salsa?! Let’s get loud 🙌💃

Hi Marnie/M/BODY team! Just for clarification and hip flexor safety and all that, is the recommendation to put ankle weights on when we first go to the barre for parallel in red then wide second for popcorn feet as I call them lol OR is it when we go to the barre for the dynamic stand to floor combo then remain on the floor?

Should we take them off before on your back abs? Thank youuuu
