Marnie started the barre stretch and I was like what the heck how is the workout over already! This class flew by! 

What a beautiful reminder of the power of femininity! Yes, we can be soft and strong!❤️ I think often being soft is the most wonderful way to show strength. 💪

Oh how I love a very barre centered class. It makes me feel like I'm hugging my young scared, timid ballerina self and telling her I promise we'll keep going and getting stronger and braver. ❤️
