Sending you lots of love and strength. I have anxiety and ocd and what I have learned from therpy is to continue to lean into the uncomfortable feelings. Keep doing the workouts and tell yourself, ya maybe im going to have a panic attack after this but oh well. Tell yourself that will really suck but you can handle it.
I know it is easier said than done but u r a freakin mbody warrior! U got this!!!
