I did celery, cucumber, water, and cayenne honey ACV. More of a juice but refreshing and good!

I love this class!! The cardio dance is the bouncy joyful kind that I rewound to do it twice (so good!). The playlist has some amazing throw backs and such a fantastic balance of light and hard and sweaty and sculpty. So good!

What a grounding orange light class! Full body, all standing work without any jumping or bouncing and no frenetic energy from motions or music. I loved the unique choreo and incorporation of the brain for combos. And the words..🧡

Oh my gosh, I loved this so much!! Everything from warm up, to cardio dance, to elongated weight work and use of balls, to cool down was so unique and refreshing. Obsessed 🤩

Julie, that sounds awful. Have you seen a doctor/PT anyone? Most moves that are all four on the floor can be modified to standing using a barre or stable surface. I would suggest checking out the modification videos
