Is anyone else excited for the upcoming challenging this Autumn season?? I am so pumped! There is something about the challenge that brings a sense of order and grounding into my days. I thrive when there is a goal and a focus!ย

Each challenge I have gained a positive habit, and I'd like to keep that up! I love to show you all support and the support this G-Fam has given me is absolutely comforting. Thank you!ย Honestly, it's pretty difficult to give up when there is positive support a long with witnessing your journeys as well.ย

This year my husband and I sold our home and moved across the country. These days have been full of change, loss, growth and blessings. Iโve learned the importance of bravery when faced with uncomfortable situations. This chapter has reminded me how precious life is and that gratitude is a gift. M/BODY has been a constant during a massive shift. If anyone is going through change, I hope you have the courage to start it all over again and choose the life you deserve ๐ช๐๐ป๐

Hi! So Iโve never posted in here, but been doing these workouts on and off since the pandemic ๐. I love them but have not been able to do them because of pregnancy and post partumn stuff. I can start doing them again but donโt have the strength I used to. Any recommendations on a 45 minute one I can do kinda repetitively to get back into it and rebuild strength that Iโve lost? Thanks for any suggestions!

Hi hi! I am 4.5 weeks post partum and desperate to get back into the m/body groove. My baby was delivered via c section and I was told to engage in exercise that is gentle on the core. Any workouts that folks would recommend? Any other ppl who had c section deliveries? When did you start working out again?

Hey hey G-Fam!! So excited to share that I'm trying out the Artichoke Recipe from the M/BODY newsletter a couple weeks ago. I've forgotten how much I love artichokes and this was an awesome reminder. I love the creativity of the recipes in the newsletter. Thanks Marnie and the M/BODY team.
Plus, I've invested in a Juicer! So pumped to make the celery juice instead of blending it. This was the inspiration I've needed moving into the upcoming Autumn season.
