Hello beautiful fam! This is my first challenge and I'm committing to 60 days. I trust my heart and soul to guide my path on this journey plus I have faith in myself that I accomplish my hearts desires. πŸ’•

In honor of day 2, I release the fear of fear and anxiety haunting me. I'm giving my nervous system a break and I thank my body for keeping my safe. It's time to give back to my body break from the anxious thoughts and embrace the love.

Happy first day of Challenge everyone! I'm super excited to start a daily workout, but will try and work on the other aspects of the challenge this time!!

Iβ€˜m so happy to reconnect with this amazing community after a couple of stressful months. I need to focus on myself again and recharge, that’s why Iβ€˜m committing to 45 workouts and as many as possible from the additional tasks. While the world keeps getting crazier and crazier, we stay together and grow stronger together! Also loving this new feature, feel like I would share more here and Iβ€˜m looking forward to two months sweating, growing and laughing with you all πŸ’œ

I was so excited about the winter challenge, but fell off and gave up after a few days and gained 10 pounds instead. A few months before that I was working out an hour or two a day for 4 months straight. (Was gifted an Apple Watch and was obsessed with closing my rings)

So here I am trying to find a healthy balance between the two, and finding a rhythm that will sustain me. Aiming for the full 60, but will give myself grace if I miss a few days.

I am not new to M/BODY but new to the challenge! I am committing to do the 60 day challenge and am excited to see this through! I just gave birth to baby #4 a month ago and am excited to get stronger and get my body back! Hugs to all!

So all I am interested in hearing your recommendations. I currently workout on the carpet and my workout mat is falling a part and so sadly I need a new one. A traditional yoga mat even a thick one moves around a lot on carpet. Any suggestions ? Also good luck and congrats on all of you participating in the next 60 day challenge.
