Hi fam! Been a little MIA here, I’m currently 16 weeks pregnant (first time ever!) and that first trimester really took me out both physically and mentally. In the last couple weeks I’ve been able to get myself back on the mat more, and this class was really magical. I’m still getting used to new feelings in my body (how am I so winded all the time??) but this class was really helpful. I feel perfectly stretched, got my heart pumping, and I feel strong in my back and core. Doing my best to keep up with our m/body classes! It’s been challenging as a type A person who likes to do everything “right,” learning how to adjust to not feeling nearly as strong as I usually do has been frustrating. But this whole community and every class message is so comforting and reminds me to meet myself where I’m at. Thank you Marnie and fam, I feel you all even when I’m not making it to the live class! ❤️
