This year my husband and I sold our home and moved across the country. These days have been full of change, loss, growth and blessings. Iโve learned the importance of bravery when faced with uncomfortable situations. This chapter has reminded me how precious life is and that gratitude is a gift. M/BODY has been a constant during a massive shift. If anyone is going through change, I hope you have the courage to start it all over again and choose the life you deserve ๐ช๐๐ป๐

Hi! So Iโve never posted in here, but been doing these workouts on and off since the pandemic ๐. I love them but have not been able to do them because of pregnancy and post partumn stuff. I can start doing them again but donโt have the strength I used to. Any recommendations on a 45 minute one I can do kinda repetitively to get back into it and rebuild strength that Iโve lost? Thanks for any suggestions!
