Express arms workout

Yay, my scan results are normal! I’ll keep working out as much as I can, I believe it definitely keeps the bones strong!

Hi Jennifer, feet, knees, hips are all connected, possibly something is out of alignment. I went to a body alignment guy, not a chiropractor, and he helped get my knees, hips and feet feeling better. I have done Marnie’s foot workout a few times and due to my arthritis and bone on bone knees, I am limited to standing workouts or modifying anything on the floor.

Thanks Cathy! No, the surgery is scheduled for June 30th, so trying to keep doing M/Body to keep my quads and legs strong for a quicker recovery.

Has anyone here had total knee replacement surgery?  If so, how long before you could do M/Body workouts?

Getting ready to do mine in June!  I haven't been able to work out as much due to travel and bad knees, so hopefully my dexascan is still good!

Love this standing workout!

Hi Marnie, what is the treatment plan for your girl? Rocket is about the same age, so palliative care is the plan, although the vet sent me information on ozone treatment injected through the anus are you familiar with this? Right now Rocket is on gabapenten and still loves his walks and is eating fine, so not sure how long he has but we definitely don’t want him to suffer! Thanks for your kind words, your workouts have really helped when my knees aren’t too painful, especially the meditations at the end❤️❤️

Updated: Rocket had an ultrasound which showed tumors in his prostate and adrenal gland, he’ll have a chest X-ray next to see if the cancer has spread. Has anyone had experience with treating pets with ozone? That was suggested by his Vet.
