This is Rocket, we rescued him from a kill shelter when he was 4ish.  That was 11 years ago, sadly he is undergoing some health issues and has to have an ultrasound this week to see if he has a tumor in his liver. I know we've given him a great life, but I'm so sad to think of saying good-bye.

so glad to find this! My physical therapist was showing me how to use the micro ball to keep my knees lubricated and fluids flowing up and down my legs.  But loved how Marnie used the ball in all areas of the body as arthritis is causing me neck and hand pain!

Love this, just had to modify anything on my knees as the earth has caught me when I fell too many times on my knees😬

Thanks Marnie,  I am bone on bone in my left knee and arthritis in both, so have been working on rehab exercises and strengthening both my knees and my feet! Hopefully, I can work back into some regular workouts soon!

I have used knee braces when my knee pain gets really bad and they help. I have arthritis and deteriorating meniscus so cortisone shots help, but doing squats and plies definitely aggravate my knee pain. Hope you can get some relief.
