Thanks Marnie,  I am bone on bone in my left knee and arthritis in both, so have been working on rehab exercises and strengthening both my knees and my feet! Hopefully, I can work back into some regular workouts soon!

I have used knee braces when my knee pain gets really bad and they help. I have arthritis and deteriorating meniscus so cortisone shots help, but doing squats and plies definitely aggravate my knee pain. Hope you can get some relief.

Can you hem the pants? Or did you get rid of them? I’m also 5’1 ish, so have had to deal with pants being too long!

I am having difficulty with this too and squats and plies, but at the age of 67 I’m getting close to knee replacement so I usually just have to modify when I feel pain, ugh it sucks to get old!
