Loved this chat! So many good reminders on navigating life virtually and physically cuz the noise is getting bad out there! Love fighting for health and happiness! Also major cottage cheese fan here, love salt and pepper for savory but the northeasterner in me loves that maple! Thanks for answering our questions on running and mbody! I love the repetitive motion and oxygenation of a jog and mixing it with the dynamics mbody has brought into my life but my desk time needs to be more conscious. Love these chats and love yall! Thank you!! 💙

Any insight on why a foot may be cramping when pointing for too long? Usually its in all 4's, I usually just flex or shake it out for relief but is this common? The cramp usually happens in my big toe joint and I typically just need to pop it haha or do a quick metatarsal stretch for relief but would rather hold the point

Really stoked to hear some conversation on Krisps running and knee question!

Mine comes from the same place, occasionally under the kneecap on the bottom. I also think I need to be more conscious of not sitting on my leg when im sending emails cuz its like my knee falls asleep. Just something I noticed with myself . My favorite stretch to relieve it is straightening the back leg in a lunge and tucking. Also stretching my calves on a step helps too. Very interesting to hear more on this. Although I really gotta stop sitting on my leg lol

Hmm I try to stay on dirt mostly for less impact on my knees, I do a lot of IT stretches too which seems to help! When the pain spikes up I just lessen the depth and focus on pulling up in my core more with less weight in the knee, especially if the barre is there to help. I blew out my knees years ago when going for miles and keep my runs to 2ish miles now that I balance them with Mbody, also heat helps my knee too! Curious if you've found any relief! Like I said mine comes and goes, usually shows up when I need new shoes 😅
