Thank you for sharing and proud of your for opening up! I remember the first time I was super real here and never regretted it! Youre making the right decisions for you and while I've never had anything like that happened I've been in multiple car accidents, dislocated my shoulder on a movie set and have scoliosis and I can say even on the worse days movement and bringing blood flow to the sight is the most healing thing you can do! That's why the mods are there! To find you where you're at but keep you breathing and oxygenating the sight of impact! You so got this and never hesitate to reach out, you're surrounded my so much love and were embracing you from around the globe! Take it easy on yourself and try to find the enjoyment of healing powers, I've had to before and its hard but its those little moments of, hey I can do that again and feel great that are with you for the rest of your life. Proving that you trained for this challenge and that you can do anything 💙
